Inside Mobile Toilets
The interior facilities of mobile toilets are relatively comprehensive, covering multiple aspects such as basic structure, sanitary ware, ventilation, care for special groups, smart devices, and other functional expansions.

Basic Structure and Materials: The main structure of a mobile toilet typically consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal unit), flooring, walls, roof, and a mobile unit. The main frame is often welded from high-quality galvanized square tubes and galvanized steel plates, with a high-temperature powder-coated surface that is corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, and has a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The interior floor is laid with anti-slip tiles, and the walls use bamboo-wood fiber panels, which are both eco-friendly and meet aesthetic needs.
Sanitary Ware and Washing Facilities: The core functional area is equipped with squatting positions, commonly configured with four squatting positions—two for men and two for women—to meet basic usage needs. Some high-end models introduce smart devices such as sensor-activated hand-washing basins and automatic hand dryers, enabling touchless operation through infrared sensing technology and enhancing hygiene and convenience.
Ventilation and Odor Control: Forced ventilation is achieved using exhaust fans, with some models upgraded to dual fans and activated carbon filtration systems, creating a negative pressure environment to accelerate air circulation. The inner walls, made entirely of plastic, do not adsorb residues and can be maintained clean with simple water rinsing, suppressing odor generation at the source.
Facilities for Special Groups: Barrier-free design has become standard, including wheelchair access ramps, low-level hand-washing basins (approximately 65-75 cm in height), and emergency call buttons. Some models add baby care stations and barrier-free handrails, catering to the diverse needs of the elderly, disabled individuals, and children.
Smart Devices: Breathing lights are installed outside the door to indicate toilet occupancy status in real-time with red and green colors; inside, smart toilets with挥手感应 (wave-activated) seat cover replacement reduce the risk of cross-infection. Some models integrate temperature and humidity sensors to automatically adjust ventilation intensity.
Other Functional Expansions: The exterior supports custom printing of event logos or scenic area theme patterns to enhance promotional effects. When upgraded to a “Smart Station,” it can integrate convenient services such as shared power banks, emergency medicine kits, and AED defibrillators, expanding the functional attributes of public spaces.
