Construction Plan for Prefabricated House Hoisting

Admin September 18, 2026

The construction plan for prefabricated house hoisting covers project overview, compilation basis, construction preparation, construction arrangement, hoisting process, and quality assurance measures, as detailed below:

Project Overview: Taking the xx prefabricated residential project as an example, the total construction area is 126,500 square meters, consisting of 8 high-rise residential buildings with 23-26 floors, 2 supporting commercial buildings, and a one-story underground garage. The main structure adopts an assembled monolithic shear wall structural system with a prefabrication rate of 62%. It involves various components such as prefabricated exterior wall panels, interior wall panels, composite slabs, stairs, balcony panels, and air conditioning panels, with the maximum weight of a single piece being 6.8 tons. Three tower cranes are arranged on-site, with boom lengths of 60-70 meters and rated lifting capacities at the end of 3.8-4.5 tons, meeting the hoisting requirements. The foundation bearing capacity of the component stacking area is ≥120 kPa, hardened with 150 mm thick C20 concrete, and equipped with a 2% slope and drainage ditch. The operating environment requires a temperature of ≥5°C, wind speed of ≤Level 6, no rain, snow, or heavy fog, the acceptance of formwork on the working surface, and a deviation of reserved reinforcing bars of ≤±5 mm.

Compilation Basis: Based on national or industry standards such as the 'Technical Specification for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Prefabricated Concrete Structures' (JGJ1-2014) and the 'Technical Code for Safety in Hoisting Operations of Building Construction' (JGJ276-2012), as well as the project's construction drawing design documents, detailed drawings for prefabricated component production, and on-site survey data.

Construction Preparation: Technical preparation includes plan disclosure, specialized technical training, verification of component factory certificates and mechanical property test reports, and component numbering and identification; material preparation requires providing a prefabricated component demand plan to the factory 7 days in advance to ensure the supply of PC components meets hoisting requirements, preparing processing tools such as steel beams and diagonal braces, and hoisting materials such as plastic spacers and lifting claws; labor preparation involves setting up safety monitors to strengthen safety supervision.

Construction Arrangement: Establish management positions such as project manager, technical leader, and safety director, and clarify project duration goals (e.g., start date: March 1, 2023, completion date: December 31, 2023) and quality goals (100% qualification rate for the hoisting quality of prefabricated components).

Hoisting Process: Taking prefabricated wall panels as an example, it includes preparation before installation (reinforcement positioning, construction of diagonal brace embedments), hoisting key points (using modular hoisting beams, slowly lifting to a height of about 500 mm above the ground for inspection), installation of diagonal braces, and precise adjustment of wall panels (correction of horizontal position, verticality, and elevation).

Quality Assurance Measures: Strictly follow standards and construction plans for construction, strengthen process quality inspection and acceptance; monitor the hoisting process in real-time to ensure accuracy and safety; protect finished products to avoid damage to installed components.
