The installation of Tongshenglin mobile toilets should follow the general process and be combined with specific product instructions. The main steps are as follows:

I. Site Assessment and Preparation

A comprehensive measurement and assessment of the installation area are required:

1. Ground Conditions: Ensure that the ground is solid and level, with a levelness error not exceeding ±5mm, to avoid structural deformation due to foundation settlement. For soft soil foundations, hardening treatment (such as pouring a concrete base) or the use of adjustable legs to compensate for height differences is necessary.
2. Drainage System: Check the distribution of underground pipelines and avoid hidden projects such as gas and electricity lines. If connecting to the municipal sewer network, reserve a sewage pipe interface. For independent septic tanks, excavate in advance and ensure proper anti-seepage treatment.
3. Spatial Dimensions: Reserve at least 0.5 meters of operating space for equipment maintenance and set up drainage ditches around to prevent water accumulation.

II. Main Structure Installation

Choose the installation method according to the product type:

1. Split-type Structure:
   • Place the chassis at the predetermined position, adjust it to a level state using a laser level, and fix it to the ground with anchor bolts.
   • Install the wall panels and roof panels in sequence, connecting them with bolts or clips, and fill the gaps with sealing strips to prevent leakage.
2. Integral Structure:
   • Use lifting equipment to hoist the entire box to the base and rigidly connect it with bolts and embedded parts to ensure earthquake resistance.
   • If it is an environmentally friendly toilet (such as a microbial degradation type), install a moisture-proof cushion layer at the bottom of the box.

III. Functional System Connection

1. Pipe System:
   • Install anti-freeze valves and pressure-reducing valves on the water supply pipes. Wrap them with insulation cotton in winter. The slope of the sewage pipes should be ≥2% to ensure the self-flow discharge of fluids.
   • The electrical system uses waterproof junction boxes, with a grounding resistance ≤4Ω. The lighting and socket circuits are set up separately.
2. Ventilation System:
   • Install the exhaust fan on the top or side wall, set up insect screens at the air inlets, and ensure that the air volume meets the requirement of ≥8 air changes per hour.

IV. Commissioning and Acceptance

1. Functional Testing:
   • The pressure of the flushing device should be ≥0.15MPa, the door locks should open and close smoothly, and the lighting brightness should be ≥150lux.
2. Sealing Inspection:
   • Close all doors and windows and use a smoke generator to detect leakage points. The odor concentration should comply with the 'Public Toilet Hygiene Standards'.
