For example, after renovation, the public restrooms at Dacaoba, Hongxia International Plaza, and opposite the department store now feature clean and bright interiors, with all sanitary fixtures upgraded to new equipment and smart sensors added. These renovations have not only improved the convenience of daily use for citizens but also reduced labor maintenance costs through intelligent management, embodying the service philosophy of "small toilets, big livelihoods."

II. Tourism Toilet Construction: Serving the Development of All-for-one Tourism
As of the end of 2023, Tongjiang County has built a total of 88 tourism toilets, covering key areas such as scenic spots, transportation hubs, and rural tourism destinations, with a total investment of 55.063 million yuan. These toilets adhere to high design standards:

• Eco-friendly Technology: An ecological circulation system is used to treat waste, converting it into organic fertilizer, which not only reduces pollution but also achieves resource reuse. For example, the toilets at the Chuxin Square in the Chuan-Shaan Soviet Wangping Scenic Area and the entrance to the Tongjiang Tremella Museum both use this technology, serving as demonstration cases for eco-tourism.
