Tonghua Outdoor Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 27, 2026

Common materials for outdoor mobile toilets in Tonghua include metal frames, anti-corrosion wood panels, PVC plastic panels, aluminum ceiling panels, HPL high-pressure laminate panels, and phenolic resin high-pressure panels. The selection of these materials takes into account practicality, durability, and adaptability to outdoor environments.

The metal frame serves as the core supporting structure of outdoor mobile toilets, with commonly used materials being stainless steel and galvanized steel plate. Stainless steel offers high strength, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention, making it particularly suitable for humid or rainy outdoor environments, where it can maintain structural stability over the long term. Galvanized steel plate, through surface galvanization, forms a protective layer that effectively resists oxidation and corrosion, while being relatively cost-effective, making it an economical choice. Both materials are connected via welding or bolts to ensure the stability of the overall frame.

Anti-corrosion wood panels are primarily used for the floor, walls, or decorative parts of the toilet. These panels undergo special anti-corrosion treatment (such as pressure impregnation with preservatives) to resist erosion from fungi, insects, and humid environments, while retaining the natural wood grain texture to enhance aesthetics. Such materials should be selected from high-density, tightly-grained woods (such as Scots pine) to enhance durability.

PVC plastic panels are ideal materials for internal partitions or walls of the toilet due to their excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties. Their smooth surface does not easily adsorb stains, and they come in a variety of colors to meet different design needs. Additionally, PVC panels are lightweight and easy to process, facilitating quick installation and subsequent maintenance.

Aluminum ceiling panels are commonly used for ceiling or wall decoration in toilets, featuring moisture resistance, impact resistance, and stain resistance. Their surfaces undergo oxidation treatment or spraying processes to form a corrosion-resistant layer, making them suitable for long-term exposure to outdoor environments. The modular design of aluminum ceiling panels facilitates easy disassembly and replacement, reducing maintenance costs.

HPL high-pressure laminate panels are made by pressing multiple layers of resin-impregnated kraft paper under high temperature and pressure, offering waterproof, stain-resistant, and wear-resistant properties, making them particularly suitable for partitions in public toilets with high foot traffic. Their high surface hardness makes them resistant to scratches, and they are chemically resistant, able to withstand erosion from cleaning agents and other chemicals.

Phenolic resin high-pressure panels are manufactured through an integrated molding process, with a seamless surface design that effectively prevents water seepage, while also being stain-resistant and easy to clean. Their dense structure and strong impact resistance make them suitable for long-term use in complex outdoor environments.

The selection of these materials should comprehensively consider the climatic characteristics of Tonghua (such as temperature variations and humidity) and usage scenarios (such as foot traffic and maintenance frequency) to ensure a balance between functionality, economy, and aesthetics in mobile toilets.
