Tongchuan Emergency Mobile Toilet Renovation
Admin October 02, 2026
The renovation of emergency mobile toilets in Tongchuan requires standardized operations in aspects such as construction preparation and foundation construction to ensure renovation quality and functional realization.

Construction Preparation
- Technical Preparation:
- Complete BIM 3D modeling, integrate professional drawings such as architecture, structure, and electromechanical systems, identify pipeline intersection conflicts, determine the construction sequence through model simulation, and mark the positions of vertical pipes passing through floors, floor drain elevations, and waterproof nodes.
- Provide specialized training for construction personnel to familiarize them with the special requirements for mobile toilet construction in the 2025 edition of the "Urban Public Toilet Design Standards", and master key technical indicators such as hot-melt connection process parameters and waterproof coating thickness control.
- Prepare detailed construction technical disclosure documents to clarify the construction processes, quality standards, and acceptance procedures for each sub-project.
- Material Inspection:
- All materials entering the site must be accompanied by factory certificates and third-party inspection reports. PPR water pipes should comply with the GB/T18742.2-2025 standard, with a wall thickness of ≥2.8mm for cold water pipes and ≥4.4mm for hot water pipes; waterproof membranes should be made of polyethylene polypropylene polymer materials, with a longitudinal tensile strength of ≥150N/50mm and a transverse tensile strength of ≥130N/50mm; the radioactive detection value of tiles should meet the requirements for Class A decoration materials.
- The main structure of the mobile toilet adopts a light steel structure, with the frame material being Q235 galvanized steel, which has a corrosion resistance of 15 years. The wall panels are made of food-grade PP honeycomb panels, which are waterproof, moisture-proof, and free of formaldehyde emissions. After entering the site, materials must be sampled and inspected, and can only be used after passing the inspection. They should be stored in designated areas according to regulations, with their names, specifications, and quantities clearly marked.
- Site Preparation:
- Complete the structural water closure test. Temporarily block the floor drains, fill with water to a depth of 50mm, and observe for 24 hours without leakage before proceeding to the next step.
- Snap a 50cm elevation control line on the wall, and mark the routes of water supply and drainage pipes and the positioning points of sanitary fixtures. For renovation projects, use a special detector to locate existing pipelines to avoid盲目 (blind) excavation.
- Divide the site into material storage areas, processing areas, and waste storage areas according to the construction layout plan, equip with fire-fighting equipment, set up temporary water and electricity facilities, and take measures to prevent rain and electric shock.
Foundation Construction
- Site Leveling and Excavation:
- Use an excavator to level the site, remove weeds, gravel, and other debris, and compact with a road roller to achieve a compaction degree of not less than 93%.
- Measure and set out according to the design drawings, excavate a foundation pit with a depth of 800mm and a width of 1000mm, with a slope ratio of 1:0.5.
- Foundation Treatment:
- Lay a 200mm thick layer of graded gravel at the bottom of the foundation pit, compact it in layers to achieve a compaction coefficient of not less than 0.95, and then pour a 100mm thick C15 concrete cushion and level it.
- Rebar Binding and Formwork Installation:
- Bind HRB400E grade rebars with a diameter of 12mm and a spacing of 200mm for the foundation, and set protective layer spacers to ensure accurate positioning.
- Use wooden formwork, seal the joints with sealant, support it firmly to prevent grout leakage and deformation, and snap the formwork positioning line before installation.
