Tong'an Park Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Tong'an Park usually follows a simple and quick process. The specific steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Installation Process

  1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment
Determine the installation location based on the park's site planning and ground flatness. Ensure that the ground is solid and has good drainage. If the ground is uneven or has soft soil, hardening treatment (such as concrete pouring) or steel plate laying should be carried out in advance to ensure the stability of the toilet's main structure.

  2. Main Structure Installation

    • Split-type Toilets: After the chassis and frame are in place, install the wall panels and roof panels made of sandwich panels in sequence and perform sealing treatment. Wall installation can usually be completed within 1-2 hours, making it suitable for scenarios with high flexibility requirements.
    • Integrated Toilets: If it is a box-type toilet, its interior decoration and equipment have been integrated in the factory. On-site, it only needs to be positioned using lifting equipment and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipes. The overall installation time for such toilets can be shortened to 2-4 hours, significantly improving efficiency.
  3. Internal Facility Connection
Install toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment, and connect water and electricity pipelines. Modular water and electricity interface designs (such as quick connectors) can significantly shorten connection times and reduce on-site construction complexity.

  4. Function Inspection and Debugging
After installation is complete, perform flushing tests, circuit inspections, and sealing inspections to ensure that all functions are operating normally. For example, the flushing system should have no leaks, the circuit should be well-insulated, and the ventilation equipment should ensure air circulation.

II. Precautions

  • Sewage Pipe Connection: If the park needs to connect to the municipal sewage network or a dedicated septic tank, the installation and connection time will be extended accordingly; waterless or biodegradable toilets can eliminate the need for complex sewage pipe connections, making them suitable for scenarios with high environmental protection requirements.
  • Standard Compliance: During the installation process, refer to relevant standards such as the Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance, avoiding subsequent usage problems caused by non-compliant operations.

III. Advantages

The modular design of mobile toilets makes their installation efficiency much higher than that of traditional fixed toilets, especially suitable for temporary and mobile scenarios such as parks. In addition, waterless mobile toilets do not require pipeline excavation, protecting the root systems of ancient trees and cultural relics, making them suitable for historical and cultural parks or ecologically sensitive areas.
