The Toilet Sliding Door Is Loose
If the toilet sliding door is loose, you can follow these steps to handle it:

Adjust the screws at the top of the door
Sliding doors usually have adjustment screws (mostly hex screws) at the top. Their function is to balance the tightness by adjusting the height of the door. Use a hex wrench to turn it clockwise to raise the door and counterclockwise to lower it. When adjusting, ensure that there is a 5-10 mm gap between the bottom of the door and the ground to avoid jamming or abnormal noise caused by friction. If the door is tilted (e.g., one side is higher and the other is lower), adjust the screws on both sides simultaneously and fine-tune repeatedly to restore the door to a horizontal state. This step is suitable for solving the looseness caused by height or levelness deviations of the door.Clean and tighten the track
Dust, pebbles, or hair accumulated in the track can hinder the normal sliding of the rollers, causing the door to shake. First, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the track gaps, and then use a screwdriver to check if the connecting screws between the track and the door frame are loose. If loose screws are found, tighten them in a timely manner. If the track is deformed (e.g., dented or bent) due to long-term use, contact a professional to replace the track to avoid secondary damage caused by forced adjustment.Replace worn rollers
If there is a creaking sound or jamming when sliding, it may be caused by worn rollers (hanging rollers). Remove the door and check if the rollers are cracked, deformed, or not rotating flexibly. When replacing, choose rollers that are the same model as the original ones (the left and right rollers must be exactly the same) to avoid new looseness caused by size differences. During installation, ensure that the rollers are aligned with the track to avoid friction caused by misalignment.Adjust the verticality of the door frame
If the door does not close tightly and is accompanied by abnormal noise, it may be because the door frame was not installed vertically. Loosen the fixing screws around the door frame and use a level to assist in adjusting the angle of the door frame to ensure it is perpendicular to the ground. It is recommended that two people cooperate during adjustment: one person holds the door frame to keep it stable, and the other person tightens the screws to avoid the door frame shifting. After adjustment, re-tighten the screws and test whether the door opens and closes smoothly.Special adjustment for top-track sliding doors
Top-track sliding doors have a metal plug kit on the left and right sides that interact with the track. If the screw on the right is loose, causing the door to tilt to the left, remove the metal plug on the right from the kit and adjust the tightness with a screwdriver. Two people are required for adjustment: one person lifts the door and moves it to the left, and the other person brakes the fixed nut on the top. After adjustment, lift the door and reinsert the metal plug into the kit to ensure the stability of the door.
