Toilet Paper Hanger Mobile

Admin September 23, 2026

The core methods for moving toilet paper hangers (presumably referring to the movement of mobile toilets via lifting) include lifting, forklift handling, and dragging, and the appropriate tool can be selected based on tonnage and requirements. Details are as follows:

Lifting:
This is the most commonly used method, especially suitable for steel-structured or color-steel mobile toilets. Almost all medium- to large-sized mobile toilets are designed for lifting. The project requires four lifting rings at the top of the load-bearing points. The manufacturer has welded special lifting straps (with a length of no less than 6 meters) at the factory, and each lifting ring must be hung separately. During unloading, the toilet must be kept horizontal; tilting is strictly prohibited, as it may lead to disengagement. The tonnage of the crane should be selected based on the number of toilet compartments: 12 tons or more for 2-4 compartments, 16 tons or more for 5-6 compartments, and 20 tons or more for 7 compartments or more. The lifting hook positions for flat-roofed toilets are usually the load-bearing points, while for peaked-roofed toilets, the load-bearing points are near the peak. After a lifting interface is reserved at the top of the equipment, it can be directly lifted to the designated location by a crane without on-site assembly.

Forklift Handling:
Some models are designed with forklift slots at the bottom, allowing direct bottom handling by a forklift, suitable for models with channel steel or I-beam frames at the bottom. Its advantage lies in the ability to complete short-distance relocation without the need for a crane, using only a forklift. During operation, it is important to ensure that the forklift tines are aligned with the slots and raised evenly to prevent tilting.

Dragging:
This method is only suitable for lightweight mobile toilets, such as small plastic integrated toilets (weighing approximately 100kg). They must have dragging ports or hook holes at the bottom or side, allowing them to be hooked and dragged by hand or with a small cart. The advantage is that no machinery is required, and two or three people can complete the relocation. To further reduce labor costs, pulley blocks can be installed at the bottom of the toilet, allowing it to be dragged by a steel wire rope, suitable for short-distance scenarios (such as relocation within a workshop or park).

Special Scenario Recommendations:
If the usage scenario requires frequent relocation (such as construction sites moving with progress), it is recommended to choose powered trailer-type mobile toilets. These have wheels and a towing frame at the bottom and can be towed like a trailer without the need for a crane. Before moving, confirm the sewage disposal method, empty the internal water tank and trash can, and secure movable parts to ensure safety.
