Mobile Toilet Mop Sink Installation

Admin October 07, 2026

The mobile toilet mop sink (mobile mop basin) can be installed following these steps:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

Before starting the installation, carefully check whether all the components are complete. This is the foundation for ensuring a smooth installation process. Common components include wheels, handles, screws, washers, drain handle, support rods, clips, and Allen wrenches. If any components are found to be missing, contact the merchant promptly to have them replenished, avoiding installation interruptions due to insufficient components.

II. Installing the Wheels

For mobile mop basins equipped with universal wheels, the first step is to install the wheels. Align the wheels with the holes at the bottom of the mop basin and press them firmly down to ensure a tight connection between the wheels and the basin bottom. Install the remaining wheels in the same manner. During installation, pay attention to the correct orientation of the wheels to ensure the mop basin can move flexibly.

III. Installing the Handle

Next, install the handle. First, remove the screw from the handle, place the washer on the screw, then insert the screw through the corresponding holes on the handle and the mop basin, and tighten it with a screwdriver. The washer increases the friction between the screw and the mop basin, preventing the screw from loosening. When installing the handle, ensure its position is appropriate for easy operation by the user.

IV. Assembling the Drain Handle (if applicable)

Some mobile mop basins require assembling the drain handle. First, insert the support rod into the reserved holes on the mop basin, then assemble the support rod with the clips on both sides. After assembly, use an Allen wrench to tighten the clips and the support rod securely, ensuring the drain handle is firmly installed and will not loosen or fall off during use.

V. Inspection and Adjustment

After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection and adjustment of the mobile mop basin. Check whether all components are properly installed, screws are tightened, wheels can rotate flexibly, and the handle is secure. At the same time, pour an appropriate amount of water into the mop basin to test whether the drain functions normally, ensuring the mobile mop basin can be used properly.
