Toilet Mobile Water Tank Installation

Admin October 19, 2026

The installation of a mobile water tank for toilets can refer to the following steps:

Pre-installation Preparation

  • Site Survey and Location Selection: Prioritize areas with flat terrain and firm, stable soil, which are conducive to the stable placement of the toilet and sewage management. Evaluate the on-site power access conditions, as the water circulation treatment system requires power to operate. Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation to prevent equipment from being submerged. Also, consider the pedestrian flow patterns and estimated usage frequency of the location to determine the appropriate equipment model and treatment system load capacity.
  • Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling: Conduct foundation construction based on the size and weight of the mobile toilet. Common foundation types include concrete foundations, pre-fabricated cement slabs, or reinforced crushed stone ground, which serve to distribute the load and prevent uneven settlement. The ground should be level to ensure full contact between the toilet tank and the ground without any suspension, ensuring the long-term structural safety of the toilet.
  • Equipment Inspection and Component Verification: Before installation, carefully check all components against the equipment list to ensure they are complete and intact. Focus on inspecting core components such as the water circulation treatment unit, water storage tank, toilet fixtures, pipes, wires, and control panels for any damage or missing parts during transportation. Verify that the installation drawings are complete and accurate, and familiarize yourself with the connection relationships between components.

Main Body Installation and Pipe Connection

  • Tank Positioning and Fixing: Use appropriate lifting or handling equipment to steadily hoist the toilet tank onto the pre-prepared foundation, ensuring a slow and stable process to avoid violent collisions between the tank structure and the foundation. After positioning, use a spirit level to measure the tank's levelness in multiple directions, and adjust promptly if any tilt is detected. Once levelness is confirmed, securely connect the tank to the foundation using anchor bolts, wind-resistant straps, or other anchoring methods according to design requirements and site conditions to prevent movement or overturning due to external forces.
  • Water Circulation System Unit Installation: The water circulation treatment unit is the core component and should be installed at the designated location according to technical requirements, typically within a reserved equipment room inside the tank or on a specific base beneath the tank. Ensure the unit is placed steadily and leave sufficient space around it for operation and maintenance. The installation environment for the unit should be well-ventilated and avoid excessively humid or high-temperature extreme conditions.
  • Pipe System Connection: When connecting the inlet pipe, reliably connect the external water supply pipe to the toilet inlet valve and water storage tank, and install a filter at the inlet end to prevent impurities from entering the system, clogging pipes, or damaging the water pump. After connection, check the interface sealability to ensure no leakage. For internal circulation pipe connections, follow the flow diagram to correctly connect the pipes between the toilet fixtures, collection tank, water circulation treatment unit, and purified water tank. If a water tank cannot be installed behind the squat toilet, it can be installed on the left or right side of the squat toilet.
