How to Install a Mobile Shower in the Toilet

Admin October 05, 2026

The installation steps for a mobile shower room in the toilet (taking a sliding-door shower room as an example) are as follows:

  1. Base Installation and Adjustment
Determine the installation position of the entire shower room. Adjust the leveling screws of the base to make it horizontal and ensure stability. Connect the drainage pipe and conduct a water-release test to check for any leaks in the base. If the bathroom has a sunken floor with only a slope, a sunken installation method can be chosen. This not only avoids tripping when entering or exiting but also serves as a water barrier.

  2. Back Panel and Shower Screen Fixation
Fix the back panel and shower screen to the back of the base using stainless steel screws to ensure a secure connection. Pay attention to the tightness of the screws in this step to avoid rattling or shaking during subsequent use due to looseness.

  3. Frame Fixation and Wall Drilling
Assemble the fixing pieces on both sides and secure them with stainless steel screws. First, determine the drilling positions on the aluminum profiles, mark them on the wall, and then use a drilling tool to create holes. Tap the rubber plugs into the holes and then fix the aluminum strips to the wall with screws. Ensure that the drilling depth matches the rubber plugs in this step to avoid loose screw fixation.

  4. Glass and Sealing Strip Installation
Assemble the fixed glass of the front shower screen, embed the sealing strips into the gaps between the glass on both sides and the frame to prevent water leakage. Use U-shaped fittings to hold the glass in place, and then use pliers and screwdrivers to tighten the nuts and screws at the connection points of the bottom frame to ensure the glass is stable and well-sealed.

  5. Sliding Door and Top Cover Installation
Hang the sliding door. First, install the two upper wheels and adjust their positions, then install the lower wheels and fix the sliding door. Adjust the smoothness of the sliding door's movement and check for even gaps. After assembling the top cover, seal the edges with kitchen and bathroom-specific mold-resistant silicone sealant. Connect the power supply and test the electronic control panel (if equipped).

  6. Main Frame Reinforcement and Sliding Door Adjustment
After the main frame is installed, install the sliding door handles. Check the gaps between the sliding door and the frame, and eliminate any rattling or jamming by adjusting the wheel positions. Repeatedly open and close the sliding door during adjustment to ensure long-term stability of use.

  7. Final Sealing Treatment
Apply silicone sealant along the connections between the aluminum frame and the wall, floor, etc. Pay special attention to the corners and joints to prevent water penetration, which could lead to mold or structural damage. After applying the sealant, keep the area well-ventilated and wait for the silicone to fully cure before using the shower.
