Installation of Mobile Toilet Seat Basin for Toilets

Admin October 17, 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet seat basin for toilets can be carried out according to the following steps. If the drainage outlet does not align, a toilet offset connector should be used as appropriate, and relevant issues should be noted:

I. Standard Installation Process

  1. Unpacking and Inspection: After receiving the toilet, open the package and carefully check the parts list to ensure that all components (such as the toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, nozzle, sealing gaskets, etc.) are complete and undamaged.
  2. Flange Installation: Align the center of the toilet flange with the center of the bathroom's drainage pipe, ensuring that the flange is firmly placed on the floor to provide a sealed foundation for subsequent toilet installation.
  3. Water Inlet System Connection: Install the angle valve and connect the water inlet and nozzle through a tee connector. Finally, tighten the toilet's water inlet hose to ensure there is no looseness at the connection points.
  4. Nozzle Assembly: Tighten the sealing gaskets at both ends of the nozzle, and after assembly, connect it to the other end of the tee connector to ensure tightness and prevent water leakage.
  5. Nozzle Bracket Fixation: Forcefully clamp the nozzle bracket onto the top of the tee connector to ensure that the bracket is stable and does not loosen during use.
  6. Water Testing and Sealing: After installation is complete, conduct a water test to check whether the toilet's flushing, water inlet, and sealing are normal. Once confirmed to be problem-free, apply sealant at the contact point between the bottom of the toilet and the floor to enhance sealing and secure the toilet.

II. Handling of Mismatched Drainage Outlets If the pre-reserved drainage outlet in the bathroom does not align with the drainage outlet of the toilet, a toilet offset connector can be used to adjust the position of the drainage outlet. The offset connector can change the front-to-back or left-to-right position of the drainage outlet. The common offset distance is 5 to 10 centimeters, and in special cases, it can reach 15 centimeters, but it is generally not recommended to exceed this range.

III. Precautions for Offset Connector Installation

  1. Construction Timing: The installation of the offset connector should be carried out before laying floor tiles to facilitate the adjustment of floor height and drainage slope.
  2. Drainage Slope: The greater the offset distance, the higher the requirement for the drainage slope. During construction, it may be necessary to lower or raise the floor to ensure that sewage can be discharged smoothly.
  3. Potential Risks: Using an offset connector increases the risk of toilet blockage because the increase in pipe bends and changes in air pressure may cause sewage to flow back, affecting the flushing effect. Therefore, in non-essential situations, it is recommended to prioritize adjusting the position of the toilet or the design of the drainage outlet.
