Toilet Mobile House Installation Guide

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation of toilet mobile houses (mobile restrooms) requires standardized operation in stages, with specific steps as follows:

I. General Installation Process (Applicable to outdoor or non-fixed locations)

  1. Preparation Stage

    • Site Confirmation: Choose a flat area with adequate load-bearing capacity, avoiding sloped or soft ground. Check if the sewage pipe is unobstructed (for flush-type toilets) and ensure the ground level error does not exceed ±5mm.
    • Model Selection: Select the sewage disposal method based on the usage scenario (e.g., scenic spots, construction sites). Packaged types are suitable for areas without sewage pipes, while microbial degradation types require reserved ventilation space.
    • Tools and Materials: Prepare tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, spirit levels, and sealants, as well as matching screws, slots, and other components.
  2. Frame Assembly

    • Base Fixation: Place the base at the predetermined position and secure it with expansion bolts or ground anchors to ensure stability.
    • Wall Installation: Connect the right, left, and front wall panels in sequence, tighten the interfaces with screws, and check that the verticality error is ≤3mm.
    • Top Structure: Install upper slots to support the roof, embed ventilation louvers (if included in the design), and finally cover the roof and seal the edges to prevent rainwater leakage.
  3. Detail Handling

    • Cleaning and Inspection: Clean up internal debris and check that all bolts and nuts are tightened to avoid structural noise or safety hazards caused by looseness.
    • Maintenance Tips: Mark the maintenance cycle (e.g., monthly inspection of seals) in a conspicuous location and record the installation date for subsequent tracking.

II. Special Requirements for Indoor Mobile Toilets

  1. Pre-installation Planning

    • Type Matching: Select the type based on usage frequency, e.g., dry composting toilets are suitable for low-frequency use, while micro-biological treatment toilets require reserved power sockets.
    • Space Measurement: The clear space should be 20-30cm larger than the toilet's outer dimensions to ensure unobstructed door opening and cleaning operations.
    • Supporting Facilities: Prepare consumables such as covering materials (e.g., wood chips), exhaust fans (if natural ventilation is insufficient), and disinfectants.
  2. Installation Implementation

    • Unpacking and Verification: Check the completeness of components against the instruction manual, focusing on whether vulnerable parts (e.g., seals, screws) are complete.
    • Main Body Assembly: Connect the frame according to the instruction manual steps, using a torque wrench to ensure that the screw tightening torque meets the standard (e.g., M8 screws require 15-20N·m).
    • Leveling Test: After placing it at the predetermined position, adjust the height of the four corners of the base with a spirit level, with an error ≤2mm, to prevent door frame deformation or poor drainage.

Precautions: For microbial degradation-type toilets, start the degradation system in advance and test the ventilation effect; for flush-type toilets, connect the water source and test the flushing pressure. After installation, it is recommended to conduct a 24-hour load test to confirm no leakage or abnormal noise before putting it into use.
