Toilet Mobile Cabinet Size
The size of toilet mobile cabinets needs to be determined based on the specific type. Common types include container-based mobile toilets and household bathroom cabinets, with their standard sizes and design points as follows:

For container-based mobile toilets, their sizes are based on standard container specifications and are divided into two common types:
- 20-foot standard container: It is 6.06 meters long, 2.44 meters wide, and 2.59 meters high. The interior space can be divided into 1-2 independent toilet stalls, suitable for single or double occupancy scenarios such as temporary construction sites and outdoor events. Its height restricts the vertical layout of interior facilities, which are usually equipped with basic squat toilets or sit-down toilets, small sinks, and ventilation systems.
- 40-foot high-cube container: It is 12.19 meters long, 2.44 meters wide, and 2.89 meters high. It offers greater space expandability and can accommodate 4-6 toilet stalls, with the addition of barrier-free facilities (such as handrails and low-level sinks) or a management room. Its height advantage facilitates the installation of large water storage tanks, sewage treatment equipment, or air conditioning systems, making it suitable for public places with high foot traffic, such as scenic spots and transportation hubs.
For bathroom cabinets in home renovations, their sizes need to be considered in conjunction with the functional zoning of the bathroom and ergonomic design:
- Sink area: It is recommended that the depth of the bathroom cabinet be 500mm, with a total height of 850mm (including the countertop). This size can accommodate a regular sink, storage cabinet, and faucet, while ensuring that the user's arms can stretch naturally during operation to avoid bumps. If space is limited, an ultra-thin cabinet with a depth of 450mm can be selected, but some storage function will be sacrificed.
- Toilet area: The center of the toilet should be at least 35cm away from the side wall to ensure sufficient legroom for the user when using the toilet; the side storage cabinet or paper towel holder should be at least 25cm away from the front edge of the toilet to avoid interference during cabinet door opening and closing. If the width of the bathroom is insufficient, the side storage cabinet can be removed and replaced with a wall-mounted paper towel holder.
- Shower area: The right-angle side of a diamond-shaped shower enclosure should be at least 90cm, and the width of a rectangular shower enclosure should be at least 80cm to ensure sufficient space for the user to turn around and use a handheld showerhead. If space is tight, an arc-shaped or irregular-shaped shower enclosure can be selected, but attention should be paid to whether the opening direction of the glass door affects passage in other areas.
When making a selection, comprehensive consideration should be given to: functional requirements (such as the number of toilet stalls and barrier-free facilities), transportation conditions (containers need to consider road height restrictions and turning radii), installation environment (home bathrooms need to match the positions of pipes and circulation planning), as well as long-term comfort and maintenance convenience.
