Toilet Feces Mobile Processor

Admin October 22, 2026

Toilet feces mobile processors mainly include two types: mobile toilets and mobile feces separation and suction trucks, which achieve feces treatment and resource utilization in different ways.

Feces treatment methods in mobile toilets

  1. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction types Water-flush mobile toilets are equipped with water-flush devices, and sewage flows into the bottom sewage tank through pipes; non-water-flush types have no flushing devices, and excreta directly falls into the bottom sewage tank. Both have relatively small sewage tank capacities and need to be regularly cleaned using suction equipment, making them suitable for temporary events or places with low pedestrian traffic.

  2. Recirculating water-flush type This type is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices. By adding biological strains and using biofilm technology, it accelerates the fermentation and decomposition of feces. The treated water can be recycled for toilet flushing, significantly reducing water consumption and suction frequency, and is suitable for areas with scarce water resources or for long-term use.

  3. Dry packing type Without a water-flush device, excreta is received by biodegradable plastic bags, and a new bag is automatically replaced after each use. The used plastic bags are collected and transported to a treatment plant for disposal. This method is simple to operate and saves water resources, but requires regular replacement of plastic bags and disposal of waste.

  4. Foam sealing type Foam generated by mixing a foaming agent covers the inside of the toilet bowl, replacing traditional flushing. The foam can isolate odors, and the system meets the water demand for foaming by collecting hand-washing water, further saving water resources. It is suitable for places with high environmental hygiene requirements.

  5. Microbial type Excreta enters a solid-liquid separation device through an automatically opening toilet bowl: feces enters a fermentation tank and is decomposed into harmless substances under the action of microbial strains; urine is filtered and then enters a comprehensive treatment system, where it is converted into reclaimed water for flushing the urinal, forming a resource recycling system.

Mobile feces separation and suction truck

This equipment achieves harmless feces treatment through four processes: vacuum extraction, solid-liquid separation, drug analysis, and feces dehydration. After solid waste is separated, feces and chemicals react chemically, and after dehydration, organic fertilizer raw materials are generated; the sewage is treated to meet standards before being discharged. The equipment is made entirely of stainless steel and can clean 25 - 30 cubic meters of septic tanks per hour. It is widely used in the treatment of urban septic tanks, sludge, and silt, and has both environmental protection and resource utilization value.
