Movable Screens at Toilet Entrances

Admin September 24, 2026

There are movable types of screens available for selection at toilet entrances, with various styles and types suitable for different scenarios.

The use of movable screens at toilet entrances is relatively common, primarily designed to meet the needs of flexible space division and adjustment. In terms of materials and structure, movable screens are usually composed of aluminum alloy frames paired with various types of panels. This combination not only ensures the stability of the screens but also provides the convenience of easy assembly and disassembly. Moreover, the process of assembly and disassembly does not cause damage to the floor, facilitating position adjustments or storage according to actual needs.

In terms of types, movable screens mainly fall into three categories: folding, sliding, and modular. Folding screens can achieve rapid opening and closing of space through folding operations. They can be unfolded to form a barrier when needed and folded up when not in use, occupying minimal space. They are suitable for toilet entrances with relatively small spaces that require flexible adjustments. Sliding screens operate smoothly like sliding doors, enabling seamless movement and division of space in large areas. Although originally designed for larger spaces such as living rooms, sliding screens can also serve well in dividing space at toilet entrances with larger areas and more open layouts, providing users with relatively independent spaces. Modular screens are composed of multiple unit modules that can be freely assembled and combined according to specific space dimensions and requirements. They offer strong flexibility and adaptability, meeting the space division needs of toilet entrances of different shapes and sizes.

In addition, the flexibility of space allocation at toilet entrances is also demonstrated in some special scenarios. For example, the "Tidal Toilet" at Huizhou West Lake Scenic Area uses sliding signs to flexibly allocate male and female toilet stalls. Although not screens, this design concept shares similarities with the application of movable screens at toilet entrances. Both aim to reasonably adjust and optimize the space at toilet entrances and inside according to actual usage conditions, improving space utilization efficiency and meeting user needs.
