Toilet Aluminum Alloy Sliding Door
The toilet aluminum alloy sliding door is a push-pull door made of aluminum alloy specifically designed for bathrooms. It features waterproof and moisture-proof properties, durability, and easy cleaning. The common specifications are a width of 70-90 centimeters and a height of 200 centimeters, with tempered glass required.

Installation Process and Precautions
Customization and Delivery Cycle The aluminum alloy sliding door needs to be customized according to the bathroom dimensions, and the production to delivery usually takes 2-5 days. Before customization, it is necessary to accurately measure the width, height, and wall thickness of the door opening to ensure that the door frame matches the wall.
Installation Steps
- Assemble the Door Frame: The upper and lower door frames have different structures and need to be installed according to the instructions. Generally, fix the upper door frame first, then install the lower door frame, ensuring they are vertically aligned.
- Positioning and Clamping: Align the assembled door frame with the door opening position and gently clamp it into the installation position, ensuring that the gap between the door frame and the wall is even.
- Fixing and Adjustment: In some cases, it is necessary to remove the door leaf first, fix half of the door frame with nails, and then hang the door leaf back. Use a wooden block to support the single-sided iron sheet for auxiliary positioning. After nailing and fixing, pad wooden strips at the bottom to straighten the door frame. Finally, fill the gaps with expanding foam to enhance stability.
- Hang the Door Leaf and Debug: After installation, hang the door leaf and check if the push-pull is smooth. Adjust the height of the pulleys or tracks to ensure there is no jamming.
Core Performance Requirements
Waterproof and Moisture-Proof The bathroom environment is humid, so the aluminum alloy door frame needs to undergo oxidation treatment or be sprayed with an anti-rust coating to prevent corrosion caused by long-term exposure to water vapor. The joints between the door frame and the wall need to be sealed with waterproof glue to prevent water seepage.
Durability and Easy Cleaning The aluminum alloy material is highly impact-resistant and not easily deformed. Its smooth surface is easy to wipe, reducing the residue of stains. The tempered glass door panel needs to pass the national 3C certification. When broken, it forms blunt-angled particles, reducing safety hazards.
Specification Adaptability The standard width is 70-90 centimeters, and the height is 200 centimeters, which can be adjusted according to the door opening. If the bathroom space is narrow, a narrow frame design or a folding door type can be selected to save space.
Maintenance Suggestions
Regularly clean the pulley tracks to prevent the accumulation of debris from affecting the push-pull. Check if the sealing strips of the door frame are aging and replace them in a timely manner to maintain waterproof performance. Avoid using corrosive cleaners to prevent damage to the aluminum alloy surface.
