Tibet Mobile Toilet Booth Production
The production of mobile toilet booths in Tibet is a systematic project involving material science, structural mechanics, and regional environmental adaptability design.

Material Selection: The environmental characteristics of high altitude, strong ultraviolet rays, large temperature differences, and occasional strong wind loads in Tibet pose stringent requirements on material durability. Taking Lhasa as an example, the average annual sunshine exceeds 3000 hours, and the ultraviolet intensity is 1.5 - 2 times that of the plains. Ordinary steel is prone to accelerated electrochemical corrosion due to the condensed water cycle caused by day-night temperature differences. Therefore, hot-dip galvanized steel or weathering steel should be preferred as the base material, and secondary anti-corrosion sealing treatment should be carried out on the welds. The surface treatment adopts a “phosphate primer + fluorocarbon topcoat” double-coating system: the phosphate primer enhances the physical bite force between the metal and the coating through its microporous structure; the fluorocarbon topcoat, due to its high fluorocarbon bond energy, can resist ultraviolet photochemical degradation. When spraying, the ambient humidity should be controlled below 60% to avoid coating blistering.
Structural Design: Following the principle of modular prefabrication, the booth is decomposed into independent modules such as the floor, columns, roof, and enclosure panels, with a processing accuracy controlled within ±2 millimeters for easy and rapid on-site bolt assembly. The roof design should take into account both drainage and snow load resistance. The snow pressure value for a 50-year return period in the local area should be calculated to determine the purlin spacing and cladding thickness accordingly. The enclosure structure focuses on thermal performance. The wall adopts a “metal facing + polyurethane rigid foam sandwich” composite panel, with a thermal conductivity of only 0.022 watts per meter-kelvin for polyurethane, much lower than that of a brick wall. EPDM rubber sealing strips are embedded at the joints and fixed with self-tapping screws. The exposed part of the screw cap is coated with silicone weather-resistant adhesive to prevent thermal bridges. The door and window systems mostly use sliding aluminum alloy window frames with dust-proof bristles installed in the sliding tracks to reduce sand invasion. The glass is selected as 6mm + 12A + 6mm insulated tempered glass, and silicone structural adhesive is used as the sealant to enhance air tightness.
Manufacturers: Tibet Yongcheng Color Steel Products Co., Ltd. is located in Duilong Deqing District, Lhasa, and mainly produces booths and mobile toilets. Manufacturers such as Tibet Guting Metal Products Factory provide direct factory supply services with a variety of specifications and materials to meet different scenario requirements.
