Assembled Container House Installation

• Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
• Secondary Beam Installation: Install the π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams. Fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams need to be fixed with st4.816 round-head drill-tail screws.
• Floor Laying: Lay the floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) along the 6-meter direction. Cut the corners of the base plates with pre-punched holes at both ends according to the chalk lines. Make marks on the center lines of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, and make the splicing joints coincide with the center lines of the π-shaped beams. After laying, snap chalk lines according to the marks and fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-head self-tapping screws, with a nail spacing of 300 - 350mm.
• Subsequent Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the plate joints. Apply PVC special floor adhesive and wait for 10 - 15 minutes before laying the floor covering. Drive out the air. If possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor covering.

Foldable Container Mobile House Installation

• Preparation Work: Non-staff members should stay away from the installation area and check the stability of the steel wire ropes.
• Frame Unfolding: Lift the main frame steadily and unfold it. Place support rods in the middle of the container body to keep it stable.
• Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws. Then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
• Positioning and Placement: Lift the folded container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
