Admin October 11, 2026
Currently, specific information on mobile toilet inspection in Tianyuan District has not been found, but mobile toilet inspection generally includes the following general standards and testing methods:

The inspection of mobile toilets requires a comprehensive evaluation from multiple dimensions, including equipment quality, performance, and safety. Specifically, it can be divided into the following aspects:
I. Basic Quality Inspection
- Equipment Compliance: Ensure that the equipment is brand new and unused, meeting the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the bidding documents, and that the materials used are consistent with the supply list.
- Service Life Verification: Under correct installation, use, and maintenance conditions, the equipment must maintain stable performance within its expected lifespan, avoiding premature damage due to design or material defects.
II. Performance Testing Methods
- Supervision and On-Site Testing: The purchaser can supervise the production process or conduct pre-acceptance before shipment; upon arrival, the equipment must be unpacked and inspected to verify the supply scope list and ensure all accessories are present.
- Operational Testing: After installation and commissioning, a trial run must be conducted to confirm that there are no faults and that the equipment is signed off by the user before it can be put into use.
III. Structural and Safety Inspection
- Wind and Earthquake Resistance: Steel structure welding must comply with the JGJ81 standard, and anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments must meet the GB50212 requirements; the overall wind resistance must be no less than Level 10, and the earthquake resistance must be no less than Level 8, ensuring stability under extreme weather conditions.
- Sealing and Waterproofing: Use a water jet to continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections for 15 minutes, then stop for 1 hour and check for internal leakage to ensure no rain or water seepage.
IV. Functional Detail Inspection
- Tank Sealing: Fill the tank with water and let it stand for more than 1 hour to check for leakage in the storage tank and fecal tank; test the completion time of the toilet fixture's sealing action (no more than 3 seconds) to confirm that the fecal tank is completely isolated from the toilet compartment, and that the cleanout cover opens and closes flexibly and seals well.
- Appearance and Decoration Quality: Visually inspect the completeness of the exterior, interior, sanitary ware, and signage; measure dimensional errors to ensure they do not exceed 5mm; confirm that the decorative layer is flat without dents, firmly attached, with sealed joints and no water seepage, and that the floor is flat and free of standing water.
