Tianshui Simple Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 27, 2026

The installation process of simple mobile toilets in Tianshui mainly includes three steps: the preparation stage, positioning and fixing, and finishing and commissioning run tests.

Preparation Stage: First, it is necessary to confirm that the installation location meets the requirements. The ground should be level and have sufficient load-bearing capacity to avoid structural tilting or damage due to unstable foundations. At the same time, the sewage discharge method needs to be clarified. For example, for packaged toilets, space for garbage collection should be reserved; for microbial degradation toilets, ventilation conditions should be ensured; and for water-flush toilets, connection to sewers or septic tanks is required. If the walls in the installation area are made of dry materials, they should be moistened in advance to enhance adhesion strength (if wall-mounted fixed components are involved). In addition, tools such as steel wire ropes, pulleys, lifting equipment (depending on the size of the toilet), and spirit levels should be prepared, and all components should be checked for completeness to avoid interruptions during installation due to missing materials.

Positioning and Fixing: Select the stress points according to the type of toilet: for pointed-roof toilets, structural support points are usually found near the top; for flat-roof toilets, the preset hooks or reinforced crossbeams provided by the manufacturer can be used as lifting supports. Small toilets (such as single-stall units) can be initially positioned by adding casters at the bottom and moving them manually; large toilets (such as multi-stall combined units) require the assistance of a crane to ensure overall balance. During fixing, a spirit level should be used to calibrate the levelness of the toilet to avoid door frame deformation or poor sewage discharge due to tilting. If ground fixing is involved, expansion bolts should be used to firmly connect the base to the ground to prevent displacement during use.

Finishing and Commissioning Run Tests: After installation, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to ensure that all components are tightly connected, such as checking whether the sewage pipe joints are sealed and whether the electrical circuits (if involving lighting or ventilation systems) are properly grounded. Functional tests should be conducted: for water-flush toilets, check the flushing force and drainage speed by supplying water; for microbial degradation toilets, start the ventilation system and observe the odor control effect; for packaged toilets, test the smoothness of the garbage bag replacement process. In addition, simulate user usage scenarios to check whether details such as door locks and handrails meet safety standards. After all tests meet the standards, clean up the residues at the installation site to ensure a clean environment around the toilet.
