Tianshui Prefabricated Housing Products

Admin September 18, 2026

Tianshui prefabricated housing products mainly include four types: prefabricated lightweight partition panels, packing-box units, light steel villas/integrated houses, and mobile houses.

Prefabricated lightweight partition panels: These panels use calcium silicate board or gypsum board as the surface layer, with lightweight core materials such as expanded perlite or polystyrene granules filled inside. They are manufactured through factory prefabrication processes. Their environmental advantages are significant. The raw materials are silicon-based and calcium-based materials, which are abundant in reserves and chemically stable. During production, the scrap rate is low, wastewater can be recycled, and there is no dust pollution during transportation. Installation adopts dry construction methods, resulting in virtually no construction waste on-site. Additionally, they possess sound insulation, fire resistance, and earthquake resistance functions, making them suitable for indoor partitions and other scenarios.

Packing-box units: The core modules are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the site for rapid assembly. The main frame is made of high-strength steel, with the surface treated by galvanizing or spraying anti-corrosion paint, providing pressure resistance, wind resistance, and earthquake resistance. The walls integrate insulation materials such as rock wool or glass wool, and the interior decoration can be customized according to needs, enabling immediate use upon installation. They are commonly used in temporary buildings, construction site dormitories, and other scenarios.

Light steel villas/integrated houses: These structures adopt a steel frame design, with metal carved panels commonly used for the exterior walls. The wall insulation materials are glass wool or polystyrene boards. The interior is fully decorated, with walls and ceilings using environmentally friendly materials such as bamboo-wood fiber wall panels and carbon crystal panels. Functional areas such as bathrooms and kitchens can be set up. They have an earthquake resistance intensity of up to magnitude 9, can withstand winds of up to magnitude 10, have thermal insulation performance three times that of traditional concrete, have a utilization rate of over 90%, and a material recycling rate of up to 66%. They are suitable for residential homes, vacation houses, and other scenarios.

Mobile houses: These houses use light steel as the framework and adopt a modular design. They are assembled on-site from unit modules, allowing for disassembly, relocation, and no damage to the land. The on-site construction period is only 10%-30% of that of traditional buildings, with errors reduced from the centimeter level to the millimeter level. They are suitable for tourist attractions, temporary offices, and other scenarios.
