Tianjin Mobile Toilet Design

Admin October 02, 2026

The design of mobile toilets in Tianjin needs to balance practicality and regional adaptability, focusing on climate characteristics, material selection, installation techniques, and functional optimization.

The design concept should align with the climate features of northern China. In Tianjin, winter temperatures can drop below -20℃, and sandstorms are frequent. Therefore, the main frame should be made of stainless steel or thickened aluminum alloy to ensure structural stability and resistance to deformation in low temperatures. The interior space should adopt standard dimensions of 1.2m×1.5m or 1.5m×2m, balancing single-user efficiency and spatial comfort. The ventilation system should be equipped with windproof louvers to prevent direct cold air and sand infiltration while ensuring air circulation.

Material selection should prioritize durability and functionality. The main materials can be food-grade stainless steel plates or SMC molded panels: stainless steel offers strong corrosion resistance, easy surface cleaning, and a service life exceeding 8 years, making it suitable for long-term use in public places; SMC materials provide better cost-effectiveness, suitable for short-term event scenarios. For sanitary fittings, faucets should use ceramic cartridges and aerators to prevent freezing in winter; squat toilets should be equipped with anti-odor water seals with a height of no less than 50mm to prevent odor backflow; the electrical system should be fitted with leakage protection devices, and sockets should be splash-proof to ensure electrical safety.

The installation process should be efficient and flexible. Foundation construction can choose prefabricated concrete foundations or ground-fixed devices based on site conditions, with a load-bearing capacity of no less than 5kN/m². Some scenic spot projects adopt detachable foundations for easy site restoration later. The assembly process uses modular production, with the main body prefabricated in the factory and then assembled on-site through hoisting and splicing. Water and electrical pipelines are connected using quick-connect fittings, with installation typically completed within 2 hours. External signage should use reflective film printing to meet nighttime visibility requirements.

Functional design can incorporate customized requirements. For example, a 40-square-meter mobile toilet customized by a client in Tianjin features a double-layer roof and color-block design, with walls made of thermal-insulating metal carved panels and equipped with light-transmitting areas and partitions to enhance lighting and privacy. The mobile toilets produced by Cangzhou Hengtai Environmental Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd. have dimensions of 120015003000mm, offering various types such as water-flush, packing, and foaming models, suitable for temperature ranges from -40℃ to 50℃. The materials include color steel and metal carved panels, and they are equipped with intelligent control systems (such as door magnetic sensors, infrared automatic flushing, and automatic alarm devices), meeting the sanitary standards for Class I public toilets.
