Tianjin Craft Mobile Toilet
The design, materials, and installation of Tianjin craft mobile toilets feature strong practicality and regional adaptability.

Design Concept: Tianjin craft mobile toilets fully consider the climatic characteristics of low temperatures and frequent sandstorms in northern winters. The main frame is mostly made of stainless steel or thickened aluminum alloy, ensuring no deformation at -20℃ and guaranteeing structural stability. The interior space is designed with standard dimensions of 1.2m×1.5m or 1.5m×2m, meeting the efficiency of single-person use without causing space waste. The ventilation system is equipped with windproof louvers, effectively preventing direct cold wind and sand ingress in winter, enhancing user comfort.
Material Selection: For the main materials, food-grade stainless steel plates or SMC molded panels are used. Stainless steel is highly corrosion-resistant, easy to clean on the surface, and has a high cost but a service life of over 8 years, making it suitable for long-term use in public places. SMC materials offer better cost-effectiveness and are suitable for short-term event scenarios. For sanitary fittings, faucets are equipped with ceramic cartridges and aerators to prevent freezing in winter; squat toilets feature anti-odor water seals with a height of no less than 50mm to avoid odor backflow; the electrical system is equipped with leakage protection devices, and sockets are designed to be splash-proof, ensuring safety during use. Other common materials such as galvanized steel frames, metal carved panels, and fiberglass have good corrosion resistance and aging resistance. Different materials perform differently in terms of thermal insulation, sound insulation, and load-bearing capacity. During inspection, attention should be paid to the thickness of the panels, the welding process of the frames, and whether the base is slip-resistant and moisture-proof. The quality of auxiliary components such as door hinges, locks, and exhaust fans should not be overlooked.
Installation Process: Foundation construction involves prefabricating concrete foundations or using ground fixing devices according to the site size, with a load-bearing capacity of no less than 5kN/m². Some scenic spot projects adopt detachable foundations for easy site restoration later. In terms of assembly process, the main body of the toilet is modularly produced in the factory, and only lifting and splicing are required on-site. Water and electricity pipelines use quick-connect fittings, and the installation time is usually controlled within 2 hours. The external signs are printed with reflective film, meeting nighttime visibility requirements. After completion, it must pass the inspection according to the Tianjin "Technical Requirements for Mobile Environmental Sanitation Facilities" (DB12/T 690 - 2015), focusing on airtightness, drainage system sealing, and slip resistance. In addition, some new products have introduced IoT technology to enable remote monitoring of usage status and automatic alarm functions.
