Tianhu Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 08, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Tianhu can refer to the general installation process of mobile toilets, which needs to be carried out in combination with site conditions, toilet types, and regulatory requirements. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Positioning and Site Preparation
Determine the installation location based on site planning and ground flatness, which must meet the following conditions:
- Ground Firmness: Choose a hardened ground or ensure the ground bearing capacity through compaction or concrete pouring to prevent toilet tilting or damage due to ground settlement.
- Drainage Smoothness: If the toilet is equipped with a sewage discharge system, reserve sewage pipe interfaces or septic tank positions to ensure sewage discharge complies with environmental protection requirements; if it is a waterless flush type, plan storage space for fecal collection containers.
- Spatial Rationality: Reserve sufficient operating space (such as lifting and assembly areas) and consider ventilation, lighting, and user convenience.
II. Assembly and Installation
Select the corresponding installation method based on the toilet type:
- Split-type Mobile Toilet:
- Chassis and Frame Positioning: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily and adjust it to a horizontal state with a level to ensure stability.
- Wall and Roof Panel Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots one by one and fix them with bolts or clips; after installing the roof panels, perform sealing treatment (such as gluing or installing waterproof strips) to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Internal Facility Connection: Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks, etc. Professional personnel should operate when connecting water and electricity pipelines, and prioritize the use of modular quick-connect designs to shorten the time.
- Integrated Mobile Toilet (Box-type Toilet):
- The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. It only needs to be lifted to the predetermined position by a crane on site and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.
III. Functional Inspection and Debugging
After installation, a comprehensive inspection is required:
- Flushing Test: Check the pressure, water volume, and drainage speed of the flushing system to ensure no blockage or leakage.
- Circuit Inspection: Test the power supply stability of lighting, ventilation equipment, and sockets (if any) to eliminate short-circuit or electric leakage risks.
- Sealing Inspection: Focus on inspecting wall joints, doors and windows, and sewage pipeline connections to ensure no water seepage or odor leakage.
In addition, the installation process must strictly comply with standards such as the 'Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets' (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety, hygiene compliance, and regular maintenance to extend service life.
