Tianchang Mobile Environmental Toilet Installation
Admin September 27, 2026
The installation of mobile environmental toilets in Tianchang should follow the steps below to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient use:

I. Preliminary Planning and Preparation
- Site Assessment and Selection
Conduct on-site inspections of the installation location to evaluate ground flatness, soil conditions, underground pipeline distribution, drainage conditions, and vehicle access. Avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation and prioritize solid, flat ground. - Determine Model and Specifications
Select an appropriate environmental toilet model based on the usage scenario (e.g., parks, construction sites, event venues), foot traffic, and treatment requirements (e.g., packing type, biodegradable type, circulating water flushing type). For example, areas with high foot traffic are recommended to choose circulating water flushing types with high treatment efficiency. - Obtain Necessary Permits
Comply with the regulations of the site management and complete the site usage reporting or approval procedures to ensure the legality and compliance of the installation. - Tool and Material Preparation
Prepare tools such as level gauges, wrenches, screwdrivers, and electric drills, and check whether components such as the toilet body, septic tank, pipes, and fasteners are complete and in good condition.
II. Foundation Treatment
- Ground Leveling
Remove debris such as stones and branches from the site and perform preliminary leveling of uneven ground. - Foundation Construction
- Concrete Foundation: Suitable for long-term fixed locations, it requires excavating a foundation pit, laying a steel mesh, pouring concrete, and reserving fixed holes for installation after solidification.
- Gravel Cushion Foundation: Can be used for temporary or soft soil sites. Lay a sufficient thickness of gravel and compact it to enhance drainage and load-bearing capacity.
- Special Brackets or Bases: Some mobile toilets are equipped with adjustable steel brackets that need to be placed horizontally and fixed.
III. Main Body Positioning and Fixing
- Lifting and Transportation
Use a forklift or crane to transport the toilet body smoothly, avoiding collisions that could damage the structure or internal facilities. - Placement and Alignment
Lift the toilet body onto the foundation and slowly lower it to ensure full contact with the bottom. Use a level gauge to measure and adjust it to a horizontal state in multiple directions. - Main Body Fixing
Fix the main body using embedded bolts, expansion bolts, or steel cable anchors according to the foundation type. In windy areas, enhance wind resistance stability.
IV. Pipeline and Treatment System Connection
- Sewage Pipeline Connection
If connecting to an underground septic tank or municipal sewer network, ensure the pipeline size matches, seal the joints with sealing rings or glue, and maintain an appropriate slope for pipeline laying. - Water Supply and Power Supply
Connect to a water source (optional rainwater collection system). The electrical circuit should be operated by a professional electrician to ensure the normal operation of lighting, exhaust fans, sensors, etc.
V. Commissioning and Acceptance
Test the flushing/packing function and ventilation system operation status, check door and window locks, non-slip floors, and leakage protection devices, and ensure no odor accumulation and no safety hazards.
VI. Usage and Maintenance Tips
Prohibit disposing of items other than toilet paper into the toilet, regularly clean and disinfect, and provide supporting facilities such as sinks, trash cans, and guidance signs to enhance user experience and hygiene levels.
