The Principle of Mobile Toilets

Admin September 20, 2026

The principles of mobile toilets vary depending on their types, mainly divided into two categories: ordinary mobile toilets and Dutch lifting mobile toilets, with their working principles as follows:

The principle of ordinary mobile toilets mainly involves water injection and flushing systems as well as installation structures. In terms of water injection and flushing, the hand-washing tank is usually placed on the left-hand side, and users can directly inject water by turning on the valve of the hand-washing tank; while the fresh water tank is located on the front right-hand side, and it is also used by turning on the valve. When flushing, users need to step on the water outlet device located below to achieve the flushing function. This design allows ordinary mobile toilets to avoid complex civil engineering works and instead be installed through columns and splicing and fixing methods. Specifically, the various components are connected by buckles to ensure that every connection point is tightly sealed, thus guaranteeing the stability and airtightness of the entire toilet. This installation method not only facilitates quick setup and dismantling but also enables the mobile toilet to adapt to different site requirements, providing high flexibility and mobility.

The Dutch lifting mobile toilet adopts a more advanced hydraulic system. Its operating principle mimics the design of an elevator shaft, with the entire device buried 1.5 meters underground. During the day, the toilet box completely disappears below the ground surface, not affecting the normal use and aesthetics of the ground; at 11 p.m., the toilet box pops up on time for people to use; at 4 a.m., the toilet box automatically sinks back underground, and the manhole cover also closes tightly to ensure the flatness and safety of the ground. During the lifting process, the card slots of the toilet box automatically lock to prevent accidents; its stainless steel shell is sturdy and durable, able to withstand the erosion of various harsh environments, ensuring the long-term use effect of the toilet.
