The Lights in Container Houses Always Break Down
The lights in container houses often break down, which may be caused by reasons such as unstable voltage, poor heat dissipation, product quality defects, frequent switching of lights, poor usage environment, and wiring issues.

Unstable Voltage
Voltage fluctuations in the power supply system of container houses can cause direct damage to the lights. When the voltage is too high, the internal current of the integrated lights increases, causing electronic components such as chips and capacitors to age rapidly due to overheating. When the voltage is too low, the lights cannot start normally, and being in this state for a long time will significantly shorten their service life.Poor Heat Dissipation
Integrated lights generate a large amount of heat during operation. If the heat dissipation design is unreasonable (such as insufficient heat sink area) or the heat dissipation channels are blocked by dust, the heat cannot be effectively dissipated, causing the temperature of the light beads and the driver power supply to continue to rise. This will not only accelerate the light decay of the light beads but also reduce the stability of the driver power supply, ultimately leading to light damage.Product Quality Defects
Some low-priced and inferior lights use inferior light bead chips and driver power supplies, with low luminous efficiency and short service life. In addition, substandard production processes (such as cold solder joints and flaws on the circuit board) can cause frequent failures in the lights during use, such as poor contact or short circuits.Frequent Switching of Lights
Every time the lights are turned on, a large inrush current can impact the light beads and the driver power supply. If the lights are switched frequently, this impact will accumulate repeatedly, accelerating the aging process of the electronic components and thus shortening the overall service life of the lights.Poor Usage Environment
If container houses are in a humid environment or contain corrosive gases, the internal electronic components of the lights can become rusty or corroded due to moisture, affecting their performance and service life. In addition, dust accumulation can hinder heat dissipation, further increasing the risk of light damage.Wiring Issues
If the live and neutral wires of the lights are reversed, abnormal phenomena such as flickering may occur. Being in a faulty state for a long time will not only shorten the service life of the lights but may also pose safety hazards. Therefore, when installing, ensure that the wiring is connected correctly and regularly check for wiring aging.
