Terrace Portable Toilet Storage
The storage of terrace portable toilets can refer to the design ideas of outdoor portable folding toilets, combining the folding of support structures, the use of storage bags, and modular design to achieve efficient storage.

Firstly, the folding of support structures is the core storage method. Outdoor portable folding toilets typically use lightweight metals or high-strength plastics as support frames, achieving rapid deployment and folding through hinges, buckles, and other connectors. For example, some products adopt an X-shaped cross-support structure. When deployed, they are fixed with buckles to form a stable frame; when stored, the buckles are released to fold the frame into a flat state, reducing the volume to 1/3 to 1/2 of its original size. This design facilitates storing the toilet body in a dedicated storage bag or storage box, saving terrace space.
Secondly, the selection and use of storage bags should balance hygiene and convenience. Most outdoor portable toilets come with disposable or washable storage bags. Disposable storage bags are often made of biodegradable materials and can be discarded directly after use, avoiding the hassle of cleaning. Washable storage bags are made of waterproof nylon or PVC materials and can be reused but require regular disinfection. Storage bags are usually designed with drawstring or zipper openings for quick replacement and can be folded to the size of a palm, stored together with the support structure to reduce space occupation.
Additionally, modular design can enhance storage flexibility. Some temporary portable toilets for construction sites or restrooms in outdoor event venues adopt a split structure, independently designing components such as toilet seats, fecal storage tanks, and support legs. These components are assembled using buckles or bolts during use and disassembled into multiple small modules for storage. For example, the fecal storage tank can be made of compressible soft materials and folded into a flat state when not in use; the toilet seat and support legs can be stacked for storage. This design allows users to adjust the storage method according to the size of the terrace space and even store some modules indoors to further optimize space utilization.
Finally, attention should be paid to environmental adaptability during storage. Terrace environments may face issues such as sun exposure and rain, so stored toilet components should be placed in dry and ventilated areas to prevent metal parts from rusting or plastic parts from aging. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to place desiccants in the storage bags and regularly check the integrity of the components to ensure quick assembly for the next use.
