Temporary Toilet, Mobile Toilet, Waterless

Admin October 09, 2026

There are indeed waterless types of mobile toilets, commonly including waterless packing-type, dry packing-type, and waterless non-flushing types.

Waterless packing-type mobile toilets can seal feces without the need for water or electricity. Their working principle involves using a special packing device to seal the excreta, preventing odor emission and the spread of germs. This type of mobile toilet is suitable for places without water, electricity, or sewage disposal, such as wilderness exploration and desert camping. During wilderness exploration, due to the remote location and lack of infrastructure, traditional water-flushing toilets cannot be used, while waterless packing-type mobile toilets can effectively solve the toilet problems of the staff. In desert camping, water resources are extremely precious, and using waterless packing-type mobile toilets can avoid wasting water resources and also prevent pollution to the desert environment.

Dry packing-type mobile toilets also belong to the waterless flushing type. They use special dry packing materials to wrap and seal the excreta, facilitating subsequent treatment and transportation. This type of mobile toilet has the advantages of a simple structure, easy use, and low maintenance costs. It is widely used in some temporary event venues, such as music festivals and sports events. In these events, there is a large flow of people and a high demand for toilets, and dry packing-type mobile toilets can be quickly set up and dismantled to meet the needs of the events.

Waterless non-flushing toilets are also highly practical. They can break free from the constraints of water supply networks and are suitable for various scenarios where conventional public toilets cannot be installed. They are equipped with composite microbial flora inside, which can operate stably at 40°C and achieve the biodegradation of excreta. Through the action of microorganisms, the excreta is decomposed into harmless substances, reducing environmental pollution. In some remote tourist attractions, due to the lack of complete water, electricity, and sewage disposal facilities, waterless non-flushing toilets can provide convenient toilet conditions for tourists while also protecting the local ecological environment.
