Temporary Mobile Toilet Structure

Admin September 21, 2026

The structure of temporary mobile toilets varies depending on the type, primarily divided into two categories: galvanized steel frame structure and epoxy resin and fiberglass integrated structure.

Galvanized Steel Frame Structure

Temporary mobile toilets with a galvanized steel frame structure use a metal frame as the core support, offering high structural strength and stability. For example, the large-scale toilets produced by Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. have dimensions of ten meters in length and three meters in width, with ten squatting positions, and are entirely constructed using a galvanized steel frame. This structure is treated with a galvanizing process, effectively preventing steel corrosion and extending the service life. The exterior walls typically use thermal-insulating metal carved panels, which not only provide good thermal insulation but also enhance the aesthetic appeal through color-matching designs. The restroom doors often adopt broken-bridge aluminum double doors, which offer excellent sealing properties and effectively block odors and noise. Additionally, the Apple Cabin-style toilet with three squatting positions also uses a galvanized frame structure, with a design life of over 15 years, further demonstrating the durability of this structure.

Epoxy Resin and Fiberglass Integrated Structure

Temporary mobile toilets with an epoxy resin and fiberglass integrated structure use fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) as the primary material, manufactured through mold forming processes. Their bases and wall panels are made of colored reinforced FRP, with a smooth and flat surface that is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. This structure supports various installation methods, including hoisting, shoveling, and manual handling, offering strong adaptability and enabling rapid deployment in different scenarios. The overall integrity of FRP mobile toilets avoids the seam issues that may arise in traditional拼接 (spliced) structures, thereby enhancing sealing and hygiene performance. Additionally, the smooth surface facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, reducing long-term usage costs.

Each structure has its advantages: the galvanized steel frame structure is suitable for scenarios requiring larger spaces and higher load-bearing capacities, such as large-scale events or construction sites; the epoxy resin and fiberglass integrated structure is lighter and more flexible, ideal for rapid deployment and frequent relocation scenarios.
