Temporary Mobile Toilet Design
The design of temporary mobile toilets requires comprehensive consideration of various factors, including composition structure, design principles, structural forms, materials, styling, and comfort.

Composition Structure: Temporary mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and treat excreta, the floor slab ensures stability during use, the sanitary ware and washing facilities meet basic usage needs, the water tank provides flushing water, the roof protects against wind and rain, and the mobile device facilitates the overall movement of the toilet.
Design Principles: The design should adhere to the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability, ensuring that the toilet can be easily transported and installed while maintaining reasonable costs and a long service life; environmental protection and ecological friendliness, reducing pollution to the surrounding environment; and enhancing efficiency and promoting humanity, improving usage efficiency and ensuring a comfortable experience for users. The overall structure should be lightweight, utilizing lightweight and durable materials as much as possible, with a sturdy structure, controlled height and width of the toilet, and complete and reasonable mobile devices.
Structural Forms: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to the method of movement, there are hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets; and according to sewage treatment methods, there are water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different structural forms are suitable for different scenarios and needs.
Material Selection: Initially made from materials such as wood, they have gradually evolved to use materials such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic and polyethylene, with some also adopting steel structures with welding processes. These materials have their own advantages, such as the lightweight and high strength and corrosion resistance of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, the good flexibility and waterproofing of polyethylene, and the sturdiness and durability of steel structures.
Styling Design: The designs are quite diverse, including classic styles such as a layout with one squat position each for men and women and a washing area in the middle, as well as high-aesthetic designs. The side walls can feature unique designs, such as using Great Wall panels or real stone paint, to enhance the toilet's appearance.
Comfort Enhancement: Nowadays, mobile toilets use insulation panels to isolate external temperatures, reducing the impact of outside temperatures on the interior of the toilet. At the same time, attention must be paid to hygiene issues, as good hygiene conditions can enhance the user experience.
