Applications of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Prefabricated Templates

Straight-wall templates maintain stability through panels and equal-thickness ribbed walls and can be removed and reused after being installed in reverse and coated with a release agent. Inverted-hanging templates can be directly embedded in cast-in-place concrete, replacing traditional wooden templates. Reinforced concrete templates are also used in parts such as the post-pouring strips of foundation slabs. After pouring, they serve as the outer shell of buildings and are not removed. Both types of templates require the pre-embedding of lifting rings during prefabrication to meet the needs of lifting and hoisting. Templates that are not removed need to have their joint surfaces roughened to ensure good bonding with subsequently poured concrete.
