Technology Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

The technology mobile toilet is a public sanitation facility that combines new materials, water-saving technology, and intelligent control systems, featuring environmental protection, efficiency, and convenience.

Material and Structural Design
The main structure of the technology mobile toilet is made of lightweight and durable materials, such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic, polyethylene, and national standard steel, and is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials (such as color-coated steel sheets or carved panels), ensuring a service life of over 20 years. Its structural forms include single-unit and composite structures, with mobility options such as hoisting, transportable, powered, and towed types, adapting to flexible deployment needs in various scenarios. For example, some of the mobile toilets installed in the scenic area along the Yellow River in Lanzhou feature a space-capsule design with a technological aesthetic, equipped with low-e tempered glass, aviation aluminum exterior walls, and illuminated logo signs, balancing practicality and aesthetics.

Sewage Treatment Technology
The sewage treatment of technology mobile toilets employs diversified technical routes:

  1. Water-flush and waterless suction types: Excrement is collected through vacuum suction or gravity drainage, suitable for scenarios with a water source and requiring rapid cleaning.
  2. Recirculating water-flush type: Equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment units, biological strains are added, and biofilm technology is used to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing, achieving efficient water resource utilization. For example, a certain model reduces the flushing volume per person to 0.46 liters through this technology.
  3. Dry-pack type: Without a water-flush mechanism, excrement is collected in biodegradable plastic bags, which are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment after use, avoiding sewage generation and suitable for water-scarce or strictly environmentally regulated areas.

Intelligent and Humanized Design
Some products are equipped with intelligent water-saving systems that further reduce water consumption by automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents. Internally, they feature independent toilet pit partition treatment systems, non-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems. Some high-end models also offer optional configurations such as heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, and background music to enhance user comfort.

Application Scenarios
Technology mobile toilets are widely used in public places such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas, and support vehicle-mounted and traditional public toilet renovations. For example, the space-capsule mobile toilets used in cultural tourism projects not only meet basic functional requirements but also serve as scenic highlights through technological design, promoting the integration of public sanitation facilities with tourism experiences.
