To alleviate the difficulty women tourists face in finding restrooms, some scenic areas have adopted flexible adjustment strategies. For example, during the May Day holiday, the Jinci Scenic Area temporarily designated all restrooms at the entrance as women-only. This measure takes into account the fact that women generally take longer to use restrooms and face longer queues during travel, effectively improving the efficiency of women's restrooms and reducing waiting times for women tourists. At the same time, to meet the restroom needs of male tourists, the scenic area deployed a well-equipped and clean bus as a supplementary mobile restroom. Initially, this bus restroom also served as a supplement for women's restrooms, but it was later adjusted to be men-only based on actual usage. This flexible adjustment method can reasonably allocate restroom resources according to tourist flows at different times and for different genders, improving the overall efficiency of restroom use in the scenic area.

Taiyuan scenic areas are also equipped with luxury mobile toilets, which have unique designs and advantages. Their frames are welded from steel, with the bottom welded from channel steel or I-beams and the columns made of square steel, providing high stability and sturdiness. Various wall materials are installed on the wall foundation, including color steel plates, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood, which not only have good appearances but also meet different usage needs and environmental requirements. The frame structure meets lifting requirements and can be moved and lifted, facilitating arrangement and adjustment at different scenic areas or different locations within a scenic area. However, it should be noted that luxury mobile toilets themselves are not mobile; they need to be fixed in place after being lifted to the designated location.
