Suqian Sanitation Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 28, 2026

The materials for Suqian sanitation mobile toilets mainly include exterior walls, interior walls, roofs, toilet floors and steps, as well as other structural materials, as detailed below:

There are various choices for exterior wall materials, commonly including metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, anti-corrosion wood, and stainless steel panels. Among them, metal carved panels or aluminum-plastic panels have stable colors and are easy to clean; simply rinsing and spraying can remove dust. They do not fade or peel, effectively resist ultraviolet radiation and corrosion from moisture, acids, and alkalis, are resistant to aging, have toughness, are not easily damaged, and offer strong sound insulation and heat insulation properties. They are also resistant to external force impacts and are not easily broken or damaged, with self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties reaching a difficult-to-burn level. Anti-corrosion wood, after being treated with outdoor paint for coloring, is also used for partial exterior wall decoration to enhance aesthetics.

The interior walls mainly use 5mm color steel sandwich panels, which also have good sound insulation and heat insulation properties, providing a comfortable internal environment for users.

Roof materials vary according to the design style of different locations. Generally, various building waterproof materials with insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation layer designs are selected, such as Ouwensi asphalt shingles, glazed tiles, color steel tiles, and anti-corrosion wood, to ensure the durability and functionality of the roof.

The material selection for toilet floors and steps is also very particular. The toilet floors are on the same plane and all use easy-to-clean and durable non-slip marble to ensure the safety of users. The steps use black non-slip marble with artificial non-slip lines to further enhance the anti-slip effect.

For other structural materials, the house body structure adopts national standard steel structure welded keel structures. All steel materials comply with national standards and undergo anti-corrosion treatment, with a main body lifespan of up to more than 50 years. In addition, composite structures of fiberglass, polyethylene panels, and metal frames are also common. Among them, the fiberglass material is molded in one piece with seamless connections, effectively preventing rainwater leakage, while the metal frame enhances the overall structural stability. The internal metal support frames usually use galvanized steel or aluminum alloys to provide stable mechanical support and ensure the overall stability of the mobile toilet.
