Suqian Mobile Toilet Materials

Admin September 28, 2026

The material selection for mobile toilets in Suqian is diverse, covering core structures, exterior walls, interior walls, roofs, and other parts. Different materials have distinct characteristics and are suitable for various scenarios.

Core structural materials are typically polyethylene or fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). Polyethylene has a low density and high impact resistance, enabling it to withstand external forces to a certain extent without easily being damaged. FRP uses unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix and glass fiber as the reinforcing material, offering high corrosion resistance and weatherability, making it adaptable to different environmental conditions.

Exterior wall materials are abundant. Metal carved panels or aluminum-plastic panels have stable colors, can resist ultraviolet radiation and corrosion from water vapor, acids, and alkalis, are not prone to aging, and possess toughness and durability. They also have strong sound and heat insulation properties, are resistant to external force impacts without easily cracking or breaking, and are self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, reaching a difficult-to-burn level. Color-coated steel sheets are suitable for ordinary suburban use scenarios with limited budgets and no emphasis on aesthetic appearance. Anti-corrosion wood is ideal for mobile toilets in scenic areas, as its original wooden feel is favored by many parks and scenic spots.

Interior wall materials use 5mm color-coated steel sandwich panels, which have strong sound and heat insulation properties, providing users with a relatively quiet and comfortable environment.

Roof materials are reasonably selected and designed in terms of structure to meet waterproofing and thermal insulation requirements. Asphalt shingles are commonly used, effectively preventing rainwater leakage and ensuring the interior of the toilet remains dry.

For toilet floor and step materials, the interior floor is on the same plane and uses easy-to-clean, sturdy, and durable non-slip marble. The steps are made of black non-slip marble with artificial non-slip lines to ensure user safety.

The main structural material is light steel keel welding, which reduces the weight of the toilet while ensuring its stability.

A common material combination is a composite structure of FRP, polyethylene sheets, and metal frames. The FRP material is molded as a single piece with seamless connections, effectively preventing rainwater leakage, while the metal frame enhances the overall structural stability, making it suitable for long-term rental and installation scenarios.
