Suizhou Prefabricated House Design

Admin September 18, 2026

Suizhou prefabricated house design encompasses various types such as prefabricated concrete houses, prefabricated residential building projects, and movable panel houses, each with unique design features.

In terms of prefabricated concrete house design, the core lies in factory prefabrication and on-site assembly. Components such as walls and floor slabs are pre-made in the factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly. This design emphasizes modularization and standardization, with uniform component sizes facilitating transportation and assembly, improving construction efficiency, and shortening the construction period. However, modularization and standardization may also limit the realization of personalized needs, with relatively fixed exterior appearances and interior layouts of the houses. With technological advancements, intelligent production and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology have been applied to the production of prefabricated concrete houses. Intelligent production enables automated operations, enhancing production precision and efficiency; BIM technology allows for three-dimensional modeling of buildings, identifying design issues in advance, optimizing design plans, and further improving the quality of prefabricated components.

Taking the Ziyunfu community in Suizhou City as an example of prefabricated residential building project design, this project adopts a prefabricated construction method with a prefabricated area of 24,800 square meters. Its design follows the principle of "five savings and one environmental protection," namely water conservation, energy conservation, material conservation, time conservation, land conservation, and environmental protection. During the construction process, water resources, energy, and building materials consumption are reduced by optimizing construction techniques and material usage; construction schedules are合理安排 (reasonably arranged) to shorten the construction period; land resources are fully utilized to improve land use efficiency. At the same time, emphasis is placed on environmental protection, reducing dust, noise, and other pollution during construction. Throughout its entire life cycle, prefabricated buildings can achieve carbon reduction in various aspects, with the project's energy consumption optimized to save 20.5% electricity and reduce carbon emissions by 8%, which is of great significance for promoting energy conservation, emission reduction, and the development of green buildings.

Movable panel house design adopts uniform standard sizes, with components such as walls, roofs, and floor slabs mass-produced in the factory into standard modules. The design focuses on efficient assembly, reflecting efficiency throughout the process from production to use. Standardization and modularization in design make components versatile, facilitating production and assembly; industrialized production improves production efficiency and quality; convenient transportation reduces transportation costs; rapid on-site construction shortens construction time; and disassembly and reuse enhance resource utilization and reduce usage costs. Movable panel houses have a wide range of application scenarios, including construction project camps, temporary office and commercial spaces, event and competition support, transitional resettlement sites, and agricultural and breeding auxiliary facilities.
