Suizhou Container House Materials
Suizhou container house materials mainly fall into main structural materials, folding mechanism components, and other materials, as follows:

Main structural materials are the core support of a container house and cover the frame system, enclosure materials, and floor system. The frame system uses 2.5 mm thick galvanized structural steel as the main frame; columns are 50×50×3.5 mm square steel tubes; beams are 40×60×2.5 mm rectangular steel tubes; joints are connected with hinges and high-strength bolts; after hot-dip galvanizing, the zinc coating thickness is ≥85 μm to ensure corrosion resistance. Among enclosure materials, wall panels are 50 mm thick Class A fire-rated rock-wool sandwich color-steel panels with 0.3 mm color-coated steel on both sides (zinc coating ≥120 g/m²), core density ≥120 kg/m³, and thermal conductivity ≤0.044 W/(m·K), combining fire resistance and thermal insulation; roof panels use Type 820 corrugated color steel, with 0.4 mm color steel on the upper and lower layers and 100 mm thick centrifugal glass wool in between, meeting IP65 waterproofing. The floor system uses 18 mm multilayer solid wood as the base, surfaced with a 2 mm PVC wear layer and backed with a 0.2 mm aluminum-foil moisture barrier; the floor frame is 30×50 mm square steel tube at spacing ≤400 mm, with load capacity ≥2.0 kN/m², meeting everyday use needs.
Folding mechanism components are key to fast deployment and folding of container houses. The hinge system uses 304 stainless steel, with shaft diameter ≥12 mm; each hinge is rated ≥5 kN, with ≥5,000 open/close cycles without failure; folding points are fitted with locating pins and locking devices to keep the structure stable. Sealing materials use EPDM rubber seals with a 10×15 mm cross-section, Shore hardness 60±5, and compression set ≤25% (70°C×22 h); corners use one-piece molded seals, with waterproof performance of no leakage under 1,000 Pa hydrostatic pressure, effectively blocking rainwater ingress.
Other materials include color-coated steel used as a base material in some portable container houses; its light weight, high strength, and corrosion resistance further improve practicality and durability. Combined scientifically, these materials give container houses structural safety, solid function, and rapid deployment.
