Suizhong Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 07, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Suizhong typically follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging'. The specific operations need to be adjusted according to the toilet type and site conditions, with the overall installation time ranging from approximately 2-4 hours (for integrated toilets) to several hours (for split-type toilets).

1. Positioning and Site Preparation

Before installation, determine the toilet location based on usage requirements, prioritizing areas with solid ground and smooth drainage. If the site has soft or uneven soil, it should be hardened in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or covered with steel plates to ensure the toilet remains stable after placement. The drainage design should comply with the requirements of the 'Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standard' (GB/T 21239-2023) to prevent sewage accumulation or overflow.

2. Assembly Process

  1. Split-Type Mobile Toilets:

    • Chassis Installation: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel chassis steadily at the predetermined location. Adjust it to a level state using a spirit level to ensure the subsequent wall panel installation is stable.
    • Wall Panel and Roof Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots one by one and secure them with bolts or clips. Then, install the roof panel, paying special attention to the tightness of the joints. Use waterproof glue or sealing strips to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Time Required: Wall panel installation usually takes 1-2 hours, depending on the toilet size and assembly proficiency.
  2. Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-Type Toilets):

    • These toilets have already undergone interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory. On-site, they only need to be hoisted to the designated location as a whole using a crane, without complex assembly steps, significantly shortening the installation time.

3. Connection and Equipment Debugging

  1. Internal Facility Installation:

    • Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, handwashing basins (optional), and other equipment, ensuring they are firmly fixed and ergonomically designed.
    • Connect water and electricity pipelines: Use modular quick-connect designs, operated by professionals to avoid water leakage or short-circuit risks. If it is a waterless toilet, a fecal storage tank and deodorization device need to be configured.
  2. Function Inspection:

    • Flushing Test: Check if the water pressure is stable and the drainage is smooth.
    • Circuit Inspection: Confirm that lighting and ventilation equipment (such as exhaust fans) are operating normally without any electrical leakage hazards.
    • Tightness Inspection: Focus on checking the joints of wall panels, door and window edges, etc., to ensure no odor leakage.

4. Acceptance and Standard Compliance

After installation, conduct an acceptance check against the 'Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standard' to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance (e.g., toilet cleanliness, ventilation volume ≥ 80m³/h, etc.). Integrated toilets, due to their high integration level, can have their overall installation time shortened to 2-4 hours. Split-type toilets may take longer due to on-site assembly, but the process can still be completed within half a day through optimization.
