Storage Flush Mobile Toilet

Admin September 24, 2026

A storage flush mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole, placed at fixed or temporary locations, and provides toilet services to the public and customers. It has the characteristics of mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation. The following introduces its production methods through two cases:

Case 1: Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

  1. Mobile Structure Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to achieve overall mobility.
  2. Tank Modification: Cut off the top of the recycled water storage tank along the marked line to form an open tank; invert another top-open water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer structure.
  3. Functional Area Division: Cut a rectangular opening on the side of the tank as the doorway; drill a hole in the interior floor, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe for sealing to form a drainage outlet; align the toilet with the drainage outlet and fix it with glue to ensure sealing.
  4. Washbasin Area Installation: Secure a water pipe with a wall clip, install a faucet, fix a pipe cap with screws below, connect the water pipe, and drill a hole as the drainage pipe outlet; apply glass glue to the hole in the pipe cap and fix a stainless steel basin as the washbasin.
  5. Flush System Configuration: Connect an inlet pipe to the toilet tank, connect a shower hose, install a shower bracket and toilet seat, and install a showerhead made of a water pipe to form a complete flush system.
  6. Door Production: Fix hinges on the water storage tank frame, attach a wooden board on the other side to form a door, and install a door handle to complete the enclosed structure.

Case 2: Production Using a Water Storage Bucket

  1. Basic Frame Construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage bucket in half; fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board, and secure wooden strips to the upper side of the bucket with self-tapping screws to increase height, forming a bottom support structure.
  2. Wall and Roof Construction: Cut an opening on the side of the water storage bucket as the doorway, and install sponge strips on both sides of the doorway to form a door frame; insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to form an elevated wall; place the upper half of the water storage bucket on top of the wooden strips to form the roof.
  3. Drainage System Installation: Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain; drill holes on the side and bottom, install direct connectors, and place a plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device.
  4. Sanitary Equipment Fixation: Connect a water pipe to make a bathroom heater; install a tee connector below the inlet pipe and connect a shower; place the toilet on the drainage pipe hole, install a water tank, and fix the toilet with glass glue; connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket.
  5. Washbasin Area Extension: Connect a water pipe horizontally from the tee connector of the outlet pipe to the doorway as the inlet pipe for the washbasin, and install relevant components at the connector to improve the washbasin function.
