Steel Prefabricated House Production
The production of steel prefabricated houses involves multiple precise technological processes, mainly including component prefabrication and on-site installation.

Component Prefabrication
The components of steel prefabricated houses are usually prefabricated in advance at prefabrication yards or factories, belonging to the type of industrial production. Common prefabricated components, such as assembled reinforced concrete floor slabs, are widely used in residential and commercial buildings. Some components are made using special processes. For example, double-layer walls are composed of two layers of concrete slabs connected by welded wire mesh. This type of concrete wall is lighter in weight than ordinary walls and is entirely made of reinforced concrete, offering better structural performance and stability.
There is also a method of constructing houses using freshly made prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks. This method abandons the traditional approach of stacking cement bricks one by one. Without fragile and easily damaged joints, it reduces the need for rework and adjustments due to poor jointing. Workers directly pour standard concrete into reusable molds for production. This method not only improves production efficiency but also ensures the dimensional accuracy and consistent quality of the components.
On-site Installation
At the construction site, light cranes are used to vertically lift the prefabricated reinforced concrete walls, and workers place them in the designed positions. Then, they are fixed with special brackets. During this process, it is necessary to ensure that the panels are level and perpendicular to the ground at a 90-degree angle to guarantee the stability and safety of the house structure. After installation, the spaces within the structure are filled with concrete to tightly connect all the components, ultimately forming a sturdy and durable integral wall. This type of integral wall can better bear loads, improving the seismic performance and service life of the house.
The production of steel prefabricated houses achieves standardization, industrialization, and high efficiency in building production through factory prefabrication and on-site assembly. It not only improves the speed and quality of building construction but also reduces noise, dust, and other pollution at the construction site, aligning with the development concept of green buildings.
