Structure of Stainless Steel Mobile Toilet

Admin October 11, 2026

The structure of a stainless steel mobile toilet mainly includes components such as the roof structure, canopy, walls, floor, overall framework, and internal facilities.

The roof structure serves as the foundational support for the stainless steel mobile toilet. It employs a light steel keel partition wall structure, with stainless steel sheets selected according to national standards. Depending on the roof size, national standard square steel tubes (50 - 100) are used for welding. These square steel tubes undergo anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatments, ensuring a service life of over twenty years and guaranteeing the toilet's sturdiness and durability.

For the canopy, a high-quality fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) anti-corrosion integral roof is chosen. This roof features thermal insulation and sound insulation layers, effectively adapting to different climatic conditions and providing users with a comfortable restroom experience. The interior ceiling is decorated with high-quality plastic steel profiles, enhancing the toilet's overall aesthetic appeal and quality.

The wall design is diverse, with panel walls utilizing various materials based on model specifications. These include polyurethane-cored rock wool panels, imported exterior wall decorative panels, and fluorocarbon-painted thick steel plates, all of which offer sound insulation, thermal insulation, flame retardancy, and anti-aging properties. The interior walls are constructed with high-quality color-coated steel sheets, over a millimeter thick, providing fire resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and impact resistance, ensuring the safety and durability of the toilet's interior.

The floor section features high-quality FRP anti-corrosion material for the toilet floor. The step surface is equipped with an array of circular anti-slip protrusions, enhancing safety during use. At the junction of the floor and walls, specialized silicone rubber waterproof sealing strips are installed, offering anti-slip, moisture-proof, easy-to-clean, and wear-resistant properties, facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance.

Stainless steel mobile toilets are generally constructed with a framework made of welded stainless steel sheets. The base is welded using round steel or I-beams, with square steel tubes used for the uprights. Wall materials, including color-coated steel sheets, exterior wall decorative panels, aluminum composite panels, and anti-corrosion wooden floors, are installed on the wall framework. This framework structure meets lifting requirements, allowing for mobile lifting and facilitating deployment and use in various locations. Internal facilities such as handrails, sinks, and urinals are also predominantly made of stainless steel, further enhancing the toilet's overall quality and durability.
