Stainless Steel Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 11, 2026

The installation of stainless steel mobile toilets requires selecting the appropriate method based on the specific type. Common types and installation points are as follows:

Integrated Assembly Installation Prepare tools such as welding machines and wrenches in advance, as well as materials like stainless steel plates, water pipes, and sanitary facilities. Follow these steps during installation:

  1. Weld the External Structure: Weld the stainless steel frame according to the design drawings, ensuring a sturdy structure and precise dimensions.
  2. Install Doors and Windows: Fix the doors and windows on the frame, ensuring airtightness to prevent odor leakage.
  3. Connect Water and Electricity: Lay the inlet and sewage pipes, ensuring a reasonable slope to avoid blockages. If independent power supply is required, install the electrical circuit and reserve sockets.
  4. Install Sanitary Facilities: Align the toilet with the sewage outlet and install a sewage collection box at the bottom. Securely fix facilities like sinks and connect hot and cold water pipes.
  5. Reserve Exhaust Vents: Install exhaust fans or ventilation ducts on the top or side walls to maintain internal air circulation.
  6. Install Mobile Devices: If mobility is required, add wheels or slides at the bottom and test their flexibility.
  7. Inspect and Improve: Test the functionality of all equipment with power and water supply, check the firmness of welding points, and ensure the integrity of sealant.

Waterless Packaging Installation There are two methods: floor-mounted brackets and in-ground installation. The in-ground type requires special attention to waterproofing:

  1. Waterproofing for In-Ground Type: Apply a waterproof layer on the ground, level it, and then fix the steel frame. Add rubber pads at the contact points between the steel frame and the ground to cushion vibrations.
  2. Install the Squat Toilet: Place the squat toilet and adjust its levelness, ensuring alignment between the sewage outlet and the reserved pipe to prevent leakage.
  3. Fix the Shell: Connect the stainless steel shell to the steel frame, but avoid direct contact with cement to prevent corrosion.
  4. Seal Joints: Use waterproof glue to seal the joints and prevent rainwater infiltration.

Special Installation for Squat Toilets Suitable for replacing or reinforcing squat toilets individually:

  1. Prepare the Ground: Clear debris from the ground and verify the position of the sewage pipe outlet to ensure it matches the squat toilet's sewage outlet.
  2. Fix the Flange Ring: Place a flange ring on the sewage pipe outlet to prevent odor backflow.
  3. Place the Squat Toilet: Align the squat toilet with the flange ring, secure it with expansion screws on all sides, and ensure it is level.
  4. Seal and Waterproof: Apply mold-resistant and waterproof sealant at the joints, connect the flushing pipe, and conduct a water test to check for leaks.

General Precautions Most stainless steel mobile toilets are prefabricated in factories. During on-site installation, check the completeness of components and avoid violent assembly that may cause deformation. After installation, conduct a functionality test to ensure smooth water and electricity supply and normal equipment operation. Regular maintenance and cleaning are also necessary to extend the service life.
