Square Mobile Toilet Manufacturing

Admin September 22, 2026

The manufacturing of square mobile toilets requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, including structural composition, type selection, design principles, and market conditions.

I. Structural Composition
Square mobile toilets are typically composed of core components such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal units), floor slabs, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile units. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect excreta, with some models equipped with biochemical treatment units for harmless disposal. The floor slab needs to be slip-resistant and easy to clean. Sanitary fixtures include squat toilets or sit toilets, which must match the sewage treatment method (e.g., water-flush types require a matching water tank). Wall materials need to balance lightness and durability (e.g., metal carved panels, color-coated steel sheets). The roof must be waterproof and have certain heat insulation properties. The mobile unit is selected based on the toilet's weight, with options including lifting, towing, or powered driving methods.

II. Types and Classifications

  1. Structural Forms: Divided into single-unit structures (independent units suitable for small-scale scenarios) and composite structures (modular combinations that can expand functional areas).
  2. Mobile Methods: Lifting types rely on lifting equipment, handling types require manual or small machinery, powered types have built-in drive systems, and towing types can be connected to vehicles for transportation.
  3. Sewage Treatment Methods: Water-flush types require a water source connection, non-water-flush suction types collect excreta via vacuum pumps, circulating water-flush types utilize reclaimed water technology, and dry-pack types use biodegradable bags to directly encapsulate feces.

III. Design Principles

  1. Mobile Convenience: The overall structure should be lightweight, prioritizing the use of light materials such as aluminum alloy and high-strength plastics while ensuring structural stability.
  2. Environmental Protection: Sewage treatment must meet discharge standards. Dry-pack types reduce water consumption, while circulating water-flush types require filtration and disinfection systems.
  3. Humanized Design: Height (usually not exceeding 2.5 meters) and width (adapted to standard transportation dimensions) should be controlled. The internal space must accommodate wheelchair rotation, with additional features such as handrails and barrier-free access.

IV. Market Selection and Costs
The prices of finished mobile toilets on the market vary significantly. Simple models (e.g., dry-pack types) cost approximately 500-2000 yuan, while high-end models (e.g., scenic area water-flush direct-discharge or shower-integrated units) can exceed 5000 yuan. Self-made mobile toilets, although lower in cost (e.g., a water storage tank + pallet solution costs about 300-800 yuan), suffer from issues such as poor sealing and short lifespans, making them suitable only for temporary or low-frequency use scenarios. For large-scale manufacturing, industrial products remain the preferred choice.
