Container movable houses come in a variety of specifications, covering international standards, non-standard, commonly used residential types, and special customizations.

Basic Specifications under the International Maritime System: The 20-foot standard container (20GP) has external dimensions of 6.058m (length) × 2.438m (width) × 2.591m (height), and internal dimensions of 5.898m × 2.352m × 2.393m; the 40-foot standard container (40GP) has external dimensions of 12.192m × 2.438m × 2.591m, and internal dimensions of 12.032m × 2.352m × 2.393m; the 40-foot high cube container (40HC/HQ) has external dimensions of 12.192m × 2.438m × 2.896m, and internal dimensions of 12.032m × 2.352m × 2.698m. These specifications are designed based on international maritime standards, offering high versatility and are commonly used in logistics and transportation scenarios, and can also be converted into movable houses.

Common Non-Standard Specifications: A container house measuring 3m × 6m × 2.8m has a moderate area and reasonable height, allowing for space expansion through splicing; a size of 6m in length, 3m in width, and 2.9m in height is a commonly used domestic dimension, covering an area of approximately 18 square meters; a small standard container measuring 3m on each side is suitable for scenarios with limited space, such as temporary offices or small storage rooms. These specifications are adjusted according to actual needs, offering high flexibility.

Commonly Used Specifications in Residential Scenarios: Single-container small units primarily use 20GP or 10-foot containers. A single 20GP container can be designed as a one-bedroom, one-living room, and one-bathroom unit, with an indoor area of approximately 14 square meters; a 10-foot mini container has external dimensions of 3.048m × 2.438m × 2.591m, with an indoor area of approximately 7 square meters. In double-container or multi-container combined residences, a horizontally combined 40GP container has a width of 4.876 meters and can be designed as a two-bedroom, one-living room unit, covering an area of approximately 28 square meters; a vertically extended 40HC container has a single-container length of 12 meters and can be divided into multiple functional areas to meet family living needs.

Special Size Customizations: Widened containers expand the width to 2.8-3.2 meters but require oversized transportation; a mobile house measuring 7m in length and 3m in width is commonly used in specific scenarios such as temporary office areas and scenic spot homestays, with internal layouts customizable according to functional requirements.
