Special-Shaped Mobile Toilet Construction
Admin September 24, 2026
The construction of special-shaped mobile toilets can refer to the general mobile toilet process and be adjusted according to the special shape. The key steps are as follows:

I. Pre-construction Preparation
- Site Survey: Confirm the load-bearing capacity of the site, inspect for underground pipelines, high-voltage cables, and geological hazards within a 3-meter radius around the site; ensure that the preset location is no more than 15 meters from the water supply connection and no more than 20 meters from the sewage discharge connection.
- Material Preparation: Prepare materials such as mobile toilet boxes, functional units, expansion anchors, PPR water supply pipes, UPVC sewage pipes, and waterproof sealants. Transport these materials to the site 3 days in advance and protect them properly.
- Personnel and Permits: Assign 1 lifting worker, 2 certified plumbers and electricians, and 2 general workers, and complete safety briefings; obtain approvals for temporary site use and road occupation in advance.
II. Foundation Treatment
- Hardened Ground: Clear debris, grind and level the ground to an error of no more than 1 centimeter per square meter, and mark the anchor bolt position lines according to the box dimensions.
- Soft Ground:
- Long-term Projects: Excavate a foundation pit that is 10 centimeters larger than the outer contour of the box, lay a 5-centimeter gravel bed, and then pour 15 centimeters of C20 concrete. Cure for 3 days until the strength reaches over 80%.
- Temporary Projects: Lay a 2-centimeter anti-slip steel plate and pad it with gravel underneath to prevent settlement.
III. Box Lifting and Positioning
- Designate a safety cordon within 5 meters of the lifting point and assign a dedicated person to guard it.
- Use a truck crane with a capacity of at least 5 tons, lock the four lifting rings with slings, keep the box level during lifting, and slowly lower it to the preset position.
- Measure the levelness of the four corners with a level gauge. If the error is greater than 0.5 centimeters, adjust it with thin steel plates.
IV. Special Construction Points for Special-Shaped Structures
- Foundation Adaptation: When assembling non-standard modules, adjust the size of the foundation pit or steel plate according to the shape to ensure a complete fit with the bottom of the box.
- Lifting Reinforcement: Add auxiliary fixing devices (such as temporary support frames) to prevent deformation or slippage during lifting.
- Sealing Treatment: Focus on inspecting the joints of special-shaped structures and fill all gaps with waterproof sealant to prevent leakage.
V. Installation and Maintenance
- Install the toilet away from hazardous areas and ensure good ventilation.
- Regularly clean the sewage storage tank and empty it promptly to prevent overflow; inspect the outer shell and facilities weekly to keep the ventilation system unobstructed.
VI. Environmental Protection and Sustainable Design
- Use biodegradation technology to treat excreta and reduce sewage discharge; or equip with solar panels and energy storage batteries to reduce dependence on external power sources.
- Use recyclable materials such as recycled plastics and achieve component reuse through modular design.
