The situation of mobile toilets on South Bin Road is as follows:

I. Newly Built Eco-Friendly Public Toilets in Nan'an District

Nan'an District has set up a yellow mobile toilet beside the Xuantanmiao Bus Stop on South Bin Road, which is a newly built eco-friendly public toilet. This toilet has a beautiful appearance and a clean and comfortable interior environment. It is welded with a full steel frame structure, and its exterior facade uses brown tempered glass and aluminum-plastic panels, with a heat-resistant coating added. This not only ensures the structural stability but also enhances the comfort of use. In terms of internal facilities, the toilet is equipped with call buttons for the convenience of pregnant women and children. Each small room is equipped with induction LED lights and a ventilation system, ensuring convenience and hygiene during use. Currently, Nan'an District has built and put into use such mobile toilets in three places: Nanshan Longjing Park, Shuiyun Road 188 Bus Stop, and South Bin Road Xuantanmiao Bus Stop. It is expected that seven more will be added within the year to meet the needs of more citizens and tourists.

II. Mobile Toilet Setup for Specific Events

For specific events, a large number of mobile toilets are also set up on South Bin Road to meet temporary needs. For example, during the 2024 Shantou New Year's Eve Large-Scale Fireworks Display, 10 locations were set up along South Bin Road, from South Bin Road Tiantan Garden to Yueshui Bay section, with 10 mobile toilets placed at each location, totaling 100 units, ensuring the toilet needs of citizens and tourists during the event.

III. Public Toilet Quality Improvement Initiative

The Urban Management Bureau of Nan'an District, Chongqing, has also coordinated the inspection and management of more than 40 public toilets along South Bin Road, including municipal, tourism, and commercial toilets, and launched a public toilet quality improvement initiative. By carrying out hardware renovations, smart upgrades, and service optimizations, a "convenient, comfortable, and intelligent" toilet environment is being created. For example, intelligent voice prompt systems have been installed in 70 public toilets such as Gaofengsi Public Toilet and Tengbin Park Public Toilet. Intelligent deodorization and disinfection equipment has been introduced in 21 public toilets with high foot traffic, such as Fulishe Public Toilet, Sihai Road Middle Section Public Toilet, and Yanyu Road Public Toilet. A fresh air system and fragrance devices have been installed in the Yanyu Road Public Toilet on South Bin Road, further enhancing the toilet user experience.
