Siping Container House Installation
The installation process of the assembled container house in Siping is mainly divided into two parts: the construction process and the base frame installation. Details are as follows:

Construction Process
The main structure of the assembled container house in Siping adopts reinforced container bodies, which are produced on standardized assembly lines in factories. Doors, windows, insulation layers, internal pipelines, and even some interior decorations can be prefabricated and integrated before leaving the factory. This prefabrication method transfers most of the complex construction links from the construction site to the factory workshop. After arriving at the site, the main body installation can be completed through lifting, splicing, fastening, and pipeline connection, greatly shortening the on-site operation time and reducing the impact on the surrounding environment.
Base Frame Installation
- Connection of the box bottom corners and the base beams: On a flat ground (or workbench), connect the box bottom corners with the base beams. Use hexagon socket bolts to connect the box corners and the base beams. Do not tighten them temporarily at this time. After adjusting the squareness (ensuring that the diagonal difference of the base frame is ≤3mm), tighten the bolts. This step ensures the squareness of the base frame and provides a stable foundation for subsequent installations.
- Installation of π-shaped secondary beams: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. At the same time, the tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and the base beams need to be fixed with st4.816 round-head drill tail screws to enhance structural stability.
- Laying of the floor base plates: Lay the floor base plates (magnesium oxide boards) along the 6-meter direction. The base plates at both ends need to be pre-punched and cut at the marked lines to ensure neat laying.
- Marking and laying of the floor: Make marks at the midline of the π-shaped beams to prepare for laying the floor and nailing the floor. Start laying the floor from one end, with the joint between two floor panels coinciding with the midline of the π-shaped beam. After the floor is laid, snap chalk lines on the floor according to the previously marked midline of the π-shaped beams (two chalk lines are required at the joint between floor panels, each deviating 20mm from the midline), and nail the floor with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws along the chalk lines, with a nailing interval of 300 - 350mm.
- Floor treatment and laying of the floor adhesive: Sand the entire floor, especially the panel joints, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, lay the floor adhesive, and expel the air between the floor adhesive and the base plate. If possible, weld the joints of the floor adhesive to ensure that the floor is flat, beautiful, and durable.
